We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaManager was nice but the facility was not great.It was a suite but there was no utensils and no towels and no toilet paper ready in the room. The fact that they didnt state online that their pool is still closed for maintenance which has been months and months, and asked for advance payment no refund, and we looked for a hotel with swimming pool for kids. They accommodated us to a jacuzzi room for everything and yet no items in the room. Breakfast was not good,we got there and everything was emptied by people who were not from the hotel(random outsiders,after they ate they left with big garbage bags left outside of the hotel by the breakfast view).

CanadaThere front door was locked when we arrived. The desk attendant let us in but then quickly locked it again and told us that there was a “druggy” harassing her that she had called the police on. She said that was a frequent problem. This location did not feel safe.

CanadaThis facility appears to be a conglomerate of older, 2 story buildings. The exterior looks rough. The interior, while dated is clean. The room was modern and very clean. Our room was on the second floor, which was accessed by stairs only (no elevator), and a inside ramp between the buildings. This can be a challenge with anyone with mobility issues, or with a lot of luggage to carry. The staff was friendly. As mentioned before breakfast was good with 2 caveats. The muffins are terrible and the Waffle iron is in poor condition, with baked on grease or oils. having said that, the facility was definitely good value and I would not hesitate to stay again.
The room was spacious with a comfortable King bed, desk and chairs. Breakfast was reasonably good with a selection of egg, sausage, cereals, breads, pancakes, hot and cold beverages. (see note below about the muffins)

CanadaWe didn't like the dirty carpet, the low wattage lights, very dark room. Room arrangement could be improved. Bathroom very tight, can't even turn around, a larger person couldn't fit. Toilet tank self flushes. Couldn't set alarm on the radio. Out side door in bad shape.

CanadaIn general, the room needed maintenance. The air conditioner was ineffective and the room was uncomfortably warm. The plumbing fixtures were old and the kitchen faucet leaked during usage. Because the room was an interior room, it was dark and the lighting was OK for watching TV but made it a challenge for my wife to apply makeup. There wasn't a bathroom exhaust fan, so we had to keep the shower window open and it backed onto a ground floor parking area.
The breakfast was good- eggs bacon and ham were hot & fresh. One morning there was little to eat because a delivery truck had not shown up. There could be some additional gluten free options added. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The pool facilities were nice.

CanadaThe hotel is in need of updates. It is old, a bit ratty, and the pool area was closed and smelly. This hotel is fine for a night's sleep when on the road, but it is no place to stay for a vacation.
The lady serving folks at breakfast was very pleasant. It was a long walk to get to the room, but the room itself was fine. The price was excellent -- $65

CanadaThe room was run down, small bathroom, water saver on the sink tap was frustrating. Overpriced, the rates were the similar to other accomodations on our trip that were in much better shape. Exit door close to our room was not useable to come into the facility with luggage. Upgrades needed!!
