Many windows open in the room and the hotel corridors while the heating was on. They could be more mindful of the resources they use / waste.

We got an incredibly spacious bedroom, a great surprise! The staff was super nice and the location very convenient.

A great variety of breakfast options including Swiss cheeses! Hotel well situated. If you arrive by bus it’s just a short walk to the hotel. Very friendly staff!!

Everything was great. Exceptional service at the reciption - the company which should deliver my luggage didn't make the delivery, an it was 21:00, the staff at the reciption (I think his name was Friedrich), start making calls and areanged someome to get it from another town. Thanks Friedrich.

Not sure „relais du silence“ is the right name. My room was above the kitchen and it was quite loud in the evening and the morning.

The rooms are nice and it’s close to the bus station and the shops.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Bristol in Adelboden, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the young men at the reception displayed utmost professionalism and attentiveness. They promptly addressed our request to change the cushion slope, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. One particular highlight was when my wife ordered a cocktail with fresh oranges. The staff member not only fulfilled her request but did so with great care and attention to detail. It was evident that he took pride in providing excellent customer service. He even took the time to check if everything was resolved to our satisfaction. The hotel’s location is superb, situated close to the village center and within easy reach of the stunning waterfalls and surrounding areas. Additionally, the convenience of on-site parking made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room at Hotel Bristol was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities. We felt right at home and appreciated the attention given to ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Bristol in Adelboden. The dedicated and professional staff, convenient location, and well-appointed rooms create a delightful experience for any traveler.

It was very central to the village and right next to the bus station. But so quiet and peaceful. It was spotless and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

No AC , but it didn’t matter much , in June the evening weather is cool .

First we were greeted by Frederick ( the owners son ) smiling and helpful, carried our luggage up to our room. Parking was available at 10 francs/night , which was a bargain . The room was perfect with a balcony and view of 3 peaks of 3000 meters… the breakfast included was delicious and service in the dining room was excellent.We also had dinner one night, it was delicious and the service was 5 stars . At the reception, a lady ( I’m sorry I don’t remember her name ) was filling in for Mr Frederick on our second day there . She was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped accommodate us in every way possible. I would return to this hotel in a flash !!

excellent staff who were helpful for daily activities and also helped with a surprise birthday for my wife. The location was perfect and had access to the bus as well as the lift within a very easy walk.

Would have preferred a coffee station/Kettle in the room. But as it is an old building I assume it cannot hold additional appliances.

The location of the Hotel was perfect to explore the surrounding areas, the check-in was smooth and parking was made available on arrival. The front desk person Fredrick was sweet and very helpful.One of the nights we were late for dinner and every restaurant was closed, but he made sure we did not go to bed empty stomach and arranged for a meal in a nearby Hotel.
