I had no complaints.

The room was large as it was a family room with king bed and sofa bed. Bathroom was great as it had a walk-in shower. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to English Bay and the Sea Wall walk around Stanley Park.

The air conditioner was a bit old and probably not an efficient one, which is a pity as the hotel seems to be actively trying to improve their environmental sustainability.

* Excellent, polite, and helpful staff, ready to go the extra mile. They even spoke to me in my language, Portuguese! * The location is very good, the English bay beach and Stanley Park are very close by. The downtown is a half hour walk away. * The hotel has a sports pub, The Park, which served the breakfast, which was really delicious. They have nice food in the lunch menu as well.

Room price seemed quite high for what the actual room was.

No bedbugs! Great location. Close to the beach. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Everything is within walking distance.

For breakfast on our last day, I ordered granola with yoghurt and fruit. The bowl was very shallow, the yogurt overly sweet and the fruit appeared to be one large strawberry cut into six pieces. As an aside, there is very little healthy choice of breakfast on the menu.

It's in a great location, very close to English Bay and in walking distance of numerous places to eat. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The view from the room was also very good, the only negative is that to see the sea (the reason why we booked) you have to stand on the balcony and look hard right. There is living accommodation opposite so having the net curtains open for any length of time was not really very practical for the people opposite nor us in the hotel room. We ate there on two nights and found the food to be lovely - unfortunately, the same could not be said for one of the breakfast options - see below.

Heat wasn’t working so suite was quite chilly. Space heater was provided (but blew a fuse when fireplace was turned on at same time). Bathroom needed more racks/hooks for towels, and no exhaust fan.

Great location convenient to transportation, restaurants, ocean. Cosy living area & fireplace, well-equipped kitchen. Beds very comfortable with selection of pillows. Good restaurant for breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

No dislikes but it was ideal for a one night stay post flight before travelling on to the ferry in the morning

Easy to park, easy to check in and very close to Stanley park, good for a post flight walk and the beach and a few restaurants for dinner options. Hook was great!

Because it is right on Davis Street the rooms facing the street, which offer nicer views can be noisy at night, especially rooms above the pubs below at street level.

Pillows weren't fabulous.

Location was great, literally a block to from the ocean. Room was clean bathroom was modern. Beds were very comfortable. Included breakfasts were great.

There was no bedside/reading light and table on one side of the bed. No safety deposit box.

Location; helpful check in and baggage holding prior to room being available. Good size bedroom, with comfortable bed, satisfactory shower.
