We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe breakfast was good, but had a catch. The restaurant we had breakfast in had a menu, and only certain things were included in the free breakfast, other's you had to pay for. Not a big deal, but be aware of that setup.
Over all a good experience. Were were cycle touring and the staff was very helpful with our luggage and bicycle storage.

United KingdomDinner was disappointing. My friend and I both ordered a pasta dish, waited for a substantial time, and were then informed that most of the ingredients were unavailable, so we would be getting what amounted to pasta with pesto and cheese. When my friend pointed out that paying full price for this seemed unreasonable, the waitress shrugged and walked away. Staff on the whole were friendly and helpful so this was as anomaly, but it put us off eating dinner at the hotel again.
Breakfast was fantastic - plenty of delicious food on the menu and staff were very helpful with the language barrier. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was easy to access and well-maintained with lots of seating. There were a number of leaflets and information about the area to peruse by the entry-way too.

CanadaVery limited options for dining or going to the bar as the opening/closings hours most inconvenient. Considering the cost and rating of the hotel would not have expected the only option for food was a vending machine with chips and chocolate bars. Disappointing actually.
The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. No arm chair to sit in though just a desk chair.

AustraliaThe fridge hadn't been plugged in so we had to pull it out and crawl into the cabinetry to mess with a load of cords and plugs to get it going.
Barbara at the front desk was super helpful. We were in St. Jerome to cycle on the Ptit Du Nord and she provided lots of information on that plus local restaurants and taxis. The morning breakfast was takeaway but very nice including quiche and gourmet muffins. Not the usual cheap continental fare.

Canadathe restaurant was very full and service was too slow both nights we ate there. Even though we had said we had to leave to pick up our race kits before the store closed in Laval it was 2 hours from ordering until the food was served. The food was very good, however.

CanadaI find it odd that there is no body to help with your luggage and no elevator. No body informed me before my stay that the pool was closed. The room was clean, everything was working fine but why there is only one ice machine and on the second floor. No elevator. Good luck to anyone with their luggage. I was alone and pregnant, the lady at the front desk offered her help but I felt bad. I shouldn't feel bad, somebody should be there to help with luggage. The included breakfast were delicious and everyone who was there was nice. But poor management otherwise there would be an elevator or someone to help with luggage.

CanadaPool unfortunately closed the day we arrived. Air-conditioner was loud whilst it was on. There was no Best Western signage from the road so it was difficult from the road to figure out you were at the Best Western itself.

CanadaStaff initially said they do not store luggage for guests which we found very odd. They did end up storing it for us. We were also double charged and but that did get refunded after a few days.
Nice breakfast and good location for our Petit Train Du Nord bike ride. Rooms were clean and spacious.
