I would have liked to spend more time in Vancouver.

I loved the location. It was close to Breky Bakery which was awesome!! Every room had views of the city. I would recommend it and would go back to this hotel again.

Im still waiting for them to reverse the breakage depisit of 200 CAD on my credit card. They deducted this amount but haven’t reversed it. Although my invoice is correct, more was taken off my card.

My only negative was that there was no guest laundry, but I had not checked this out before booking, so my fault. Because of location, I probably would have booked anyway. They did offer a laundry service, but was expensive.

nothing to really complain about except that the ice machine was outside our door one night and every hour you could here the ice dump into the ice tray

Amazing hotel, staff were friendly and very welcoming. We stayed here twice for one night seven days apart and each time the service was perfect. They even looked after our bags when we arrived at 9am one morning

Location is everything!!! Also we did get a top floor as requested, because we booked a superior and the view is Amazing!! They also cleaned the room every day which is nice because many hotels after Covid stopped doing that!

The cost was quite expensive, however most other hotels within close proximity of this hotel also seemed expensive.

Hotel was spotless clean in all areas and well maintained. It was in a very central location and easy walking distance to many attractions. The staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room looks just like the pictures. The adobe restaurant has good food as well. Short walk to Canada Place and other shops and restaurants.

The door to the room did not seal well at all so there was a constant whistling sound that was very loud. We had to stuff a towel at the bottom of the door to make the whistling stop. The most egregious thing was being charged extra for more than two guests when the room had two queen beds and clearly set up for 3 to 4 guests. I have never run into this particular charging model in all my years of traveling abroad or in the states. It’s really a money grab by an independent hotel management / owner IMO. I would not have minded the extra charge if they provided airport / cruise terminal shuttle service. The hotel was very nice with great staff that was very helpful but not worth the cost.

We were charged an extra fee for having more than 2 people, which was frustrating because we didn’t use extra towels or water, and we were clean.

The property was in a great location and had connected parking. The room had a balcony and a fabulous view.

I love the location of this hotel. It has shops and lots of Asian restaurants . There are 2 very good Japanese Ramen restaurants across the hotel. Hop on hop off bus stop right outside the hotel. Free shuttle bus to Cappilano suspension bridge park stop outside this hotel too. Making it easy to get to and back to hotel. Hotel is also within walking distance to the Stanley Park. The room i stayed in was spacious, with very comfortable bed and pillows . Will definitely recommend this hotel .
