There was bit of construction ongoing from 10am until around 4pm which woke us up but the personnel offered us some private rooms to work and was very understanding

I just wish they had a smart TV that allowed screen mirroring for iPhones. We weren't able to use the TV during our stay because we wanted to stream movies of our choice from our own device.

The place is new and modern. I love the facilities and I love the extra touches like the easy touch control for the lights and curtains. Also, we didn't get the hotel breakfast however they still provided breakfast items like yogurt and oats and apples and orange juice which we thought was nice. The room had a Nespresso machine and pods too. The gym was a treat, so was the indoor pool. The bed and the pillows were so relaxing and we just stayed in during our entire stay. The location was so close to Sherbourne station and a good walking distance to Yorkville village. Very-commuter friendly. Lastly, I will not end this review without a special shoutout to Joe, the receptionist during our visit. He was so kind to give us a corner room and was very helpful with our needs. We will definitely come back again and will recommend to family and friends!

We ate 3 meals in the restaurant and the food was delicious and a nicely mixed menu. Only complaint of the whole stay is that the pizza was mediocre.

All hotel and restaurant staff were professional and friendly. Room was an amazing mix of comfort and technology.

My room was not serviced in the week I was there. Bed not made, coffee capsules not replaced I didn't receive an email with a summary of my meal costs etc. I did receive a hard copy.

Everything was great!

Hotel was beautiful. Facilities were great. Room was large with two queen beds, view out to the street below, lovely bathroom and wardrobe/mirror area. All smart features to close curtains, lighting etc. We had two small issues and they were fixed immediately. I travelled with my teenage son and we were super happy with everything.

Breakfast was a little slow and the avocado toas with eggs was ok but nothing to rave about. I could taste the vinegar in the avocado. But I enjoyed the view and the service even if slow.

The hotel is stunning. Everywhere you look, you can see the level of detail that went into it. The king size room was spacious. I loved the duvet, the black out curtains, the furniture, the in-room tea, the full length mirror and the overall decor. I liked that the gym was separated into 3 separate work out areas. I used the Peloton bike and didn't need a membership, it included a QR code that I scanned to see any workout I wanted (I am not sure if it was a hotel account or if a guest left their account open). Nevertheless, I enjoyed that extra perk. Dinner at the hotel was delicious. My friend and I ordered a mushroom and a seafood pizza that was cooked in the huge wood burning oven.

Every single thing about the property was great. Customer service, the aroma in the lobby, room service time efficiency, the shower and overall bathroom, housekeeping request being fulfilled in a timely manner. It was truly such a great staycation and I can’t wait to return.

Unfortunately, and mybe it was bad luck, but one light didn't work in the hall, the shower door was hardly movable and the water dispenser on the floor was not working properly and dispensing non drinkable water.

Very helpfull staff and a good overall reception on site. Rooms were nice and clean and overall a very good design to feel good in the room.

It seemed that the hotel was opened too quickly, upon arrival there was no internet connection, so it was impossible to get into the room without staff, the window did not close tightly, I had to call for help, and in the morning the fire alarm in the room went off for no reason. So I'm taking off a point for that

We were a little confused about the 2nd floor and 2M floor at first.

We loved the control panels in the room for the lights, curtains, etc. The hotel was very classy and the staff was very attentive.
