Housekeeping services were not the best. Although our suite was very clean when we checked in certain services were forgotten each day, tea towels removed but not replaced, sticky floors, coffee not supplied each day. The positive was that the front desk responded quickly to supply us with what we needed.

Actually we have got a one bedroom apartment with underground parking place in the centre of city . The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Good restaurants nearby to have a dinner.

What I didn't like was that everything could use an upgrade! 1. Furniture is very old. 2. TV, carpet, bathtub, toilet, sinks, closet doors, even a towel holder was so old, looked like older than me, and I am 50 :( 3. Chairs on my balcony was very dirty, I couldn't use it at all. 4. There was no plates, glasses and mugs in my room, had to come to get it myself. 5. Kitchen sink was staffed and water barely got through. 6. Dishwasher could use some cleaning (even thou I didn't use it), better yet, it could be replaced as it was old too.

Location is really great! Everything is in walking distance. There is even a grocery store Farm Boy a block away, so you can buy a cooked meal there, or dine out. Parliament Hill is in 15 min walk distance. I loved a swimming pool with a jacuzzi and sauna, and pool towels. Just ask for a pool card at the reception. There is even a private patio with plastic tables and chairs, as well as lounge chairs, which you can access from the pool, and it's a nice touch if your stay is in summer. Room was clean, and I enjoyed my stay, even thou, rooms could use some upgrade to reflect the current century.

A little outdated but for the price I was fine.

Having a full kitchen allowed us to save our money for outdoor tours. Enjoyed coffee shops but restaurants were not our objective of our tour of Ottawa. I would recommend and re visit and stay at hotel again.

The biggest gripe I have is the overnight parking fee of $37. It seems a little exorbitant but they did let us leave the car there till about 4 pm even after we checked out at 10 am earlier that day. The pull out sofa-bed was okay. Not great but not too terrible either.

Having a swimming pool and a jacuzzi was a really nice touch. The hotel is about 10 minute walk away from the Parliament Hill. Even then the walk is very enjoyable given the pretty architecture along the route.

The parking was $42.00 a night. That was 1/3 of the cost of our stay. I could understand charging a non hotel guest that price but not your paying patrons.

I loved the apartment feel of the room. Allowing us to have friends over to talk in the living room and play cards I'm the dining space. Very clean and great location to everything we needed.

The hotel had an amazing pool. We loved that our hotel room was more like an apartment then a regular room. The staff was amazing and friendly.

Few small issues occurred during our stay - the door locks which used a key seemed out of alignment so would not always unlock. also there is no individual control for heat or air conditioning so found the rooms a bit cool temperature wise (the outside temperature dipped to extreme cold so it was noticeable indoors).

The location was great central to downtown Ottawa with multiple restaurants nearby. Having a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette worked well for the 3 of us. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking was extremely overpriced and you had to pay additional (higher than normal) for charging an EV. Site charges for cleaning which was not identified at booking (again this was very high).

Nothing bad to say. I wish the restaurant was open but that’s minor inconvenience. The pub right on the corner has amazing food, brunch and dinner options.

Location of the hotel is absolutely perfect! You’re not right in the downtown core but you’re less than a $10 Uber from most attractions. Rooms are great, lots of extra space compared to a typical hotel room. Having the separate bedroom is so nice! Makes it like an apartment more than a hotel. Staff were always happy and very helpful. Upgraded our room at no cost due to a booking error on my part.
