The room was fine but the left alone dog in the room next door made my stay unpleasant. Poor dog barked and cried . The owners didn't seem to care and the dog was yelled at when they were briefly in their room.

The cleanest motel I have ever been to in Canada. The location is perfect- simply on #1, very convenient for a road trip. The customer service was excellent, very friendly, and helpful in everything. The overall sense was that they do all and beyond for their clients. they really care and have a customer-centric mindset. I felt very secure and very comfortable. a really great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again next time I drive to AB or on my way to BC. P.s, I really liked the shower in the room, a perfect stream and wide bath and clean!

No food places open past 10pm close to us. We were at a concert and wanted food but had no choices. We could order skip but didnt.

Clean hotel, little older but they did upgrade bathrooms. Beds are great! Would stay again.

If you want to stay here, please do it’s a great property but stay on the second floor because you can here every little noise through the floors and it kept us up till 4:00am

Room needs a microwave oven.

The woman who cleaned up was very nice. Front desk was helpful. Motel was right on the Trans-Canada Highway -- easy to get anywhere in Calgary from the motel.

That the air conditioner was not adjustable. But I think it’s just so the unit doesn’t get over loaded? And that’s better for the environment.

This boutique hotel was perfect for our spontaneous night out. The location was perfect rate off the highway 1. But it was not loud at all! The very friendly young lady at the front desk was super helpful for directions to our event. Upon entering into the room it was cool, but the air conditioner would not allow for adjustments? The open room looked modern. For the most part the room was clean a few pieces of garbage in the corners. But overall comfortable. The king size bed was ok. Possibly a pillow top for a little more comfort? Bedding was clean and fresh. I appreciate some touches that were environmental. Over all a very great little find that n Calgary:)

The first room had a broken tv and alarm clock, so we were moved to a different room, which had a broken fridge that we didn’t notice until the morning when we had to throw our food out. The motel is black and has some western exposure which made the black handrails and rooms very hot on the outside. The king size bed had a mattress that curved towards the middle and I tossed and turned all night.

The location was great because it was right on the highway. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was huge with a beautiful walk in shower and Keurig coffee maker, as well as a full sized iron and ironing board and hairdryer. The manager understood our inconvenience and gave us a small refund.

I’d opt for a second-floor room next time, as I was able hear every move my upstairs neighbours made. Also, make sure to check the setting on the mini fridge - half my food froze (this is just a mini fridge thing though and not site-specific). Would have loved if there was a microwave in the room.

It was beyond great value for my money. Clean, comfy, updated space, friendly staff. Tim Horton’s and a Safeway in walking distance, which was a bonus. I saw a few other ratings where people complained the street noise was a lot, but I didn’t notice it (plus, they provide ear plugs). I go to Calgary monthly for work and this will be my new go-to.

Cleanliness. It wasn’t so bad but it could be improved specifically the washroom. There were stains on the base board that could probably been wiped out. Also, the Keurig can use some cleaning too.

I like the location. Easy to find and navigate. Also, near to to everything.

I stayed for one night and when checking in the gentleman at the counter was super friendly. I would’ve rated this a bit higher but, to all beware of the top floor walkway. There is a drop of 3 inches, not too sure why it’s even there. I fell at six in the morning on that little dip. I must’ve been on the ground for 3 minutes wanting to scream in pain but the hotel was full and I didn’t want to wake anybody. There is a caution sign going towards it but not the other way.

Door looked quite damaged by the handle as if someone had tried to break in, a bit unnerving to see. Hope they can fix this sometime.

shower was hard to turn on and leaked, toilet paper holder was not there but you could see the holes in the wall where it used to be. beds slide away from the wall when you’re sitting up watching tv.
