Loads of young German teenagers partying non-stop, day and night. If you dont like singing and very rowdy teenagers then maybe dont stay here. However, if you like to party then its the place for you. The hotel is full of different groups of young people but I must say that were very respectful.

Great little hotel, close to the beach with a pool and lovely staff. Everything you need for a short break, close to Palma and 8 minutes form the airport. The lady at the bar was so kind and helpful, so was the gentleman at reception.

The only thing i didn't like was the water in the shower, water temperate constantly kept changing from hot to cold and cold to hot,

The hotel Location was great, Breakfast was 10/10. Perfect place to stay for friends or solo. The beds were comfortable and the view was great from the room.

The staff was super welcoming. Our flight was too early and there was basically no one around. The staff arranged for us to check in early and we got a good rest. Thank you very much.

Rooms are a little dated and could use a freshen up. But was adequate for my stay.

Good location. Pool looked good although out of peak season so not in use. Reception,bar and restaurant area was good. Had a pool view room which had sun nearly all day.

The reception staff was very unpleasant when we checked in. While we were waiting to check in, another resident asked the receptionist for some ice (in english) and the receptionist proceeded to shout at the resident in german and dutch, despite being able to communicate in english with us for our check in. Likewise, he allowed us to pay the extra tourist tax via card payment, but when we asked for the key to the safe in the room, he said he could only accept cash payment for it (2€ per night). The room could be better maintained - the furniture was quite old, with some of the fittings quite damaged.

The hotel was a bit old, but despite this the pool was excellent - clean, well-maintained, and could always find a spare sun chair. The breakfast was good value, with a lot of varied options to suit everyone. The room was alright - nothing too fancy, but suitable for a stay in Palma if you are looking for mostly spending time outside and enjoying the sun. The hotel is super close to the beach as well!

There was a window in the bathroom which had a broken net. Also, the air conditioner in the room was not very strong and hence was not cooling at all during the day.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The room was good with a balcony. Location is superb. The breakfast was great with good vegetarian options.

The sausage on the second day was not as nice. The legs on the bed was wobbly.

The place was nice and clean. The breakfast was a buffet and the had mimosas which I loved.

The rooms were a bit dated, but no problem for a short stay as everything worked.

Fantastic staff are the highlight of this hotel. Really friendly and helpful. Made possible (with prior arrangement) to get our breakfast, which was really tasty, a couple of minutes earlier as we had a morning flight. Also helped us and ordered a taxi to the airport which was in front of the hotel in two minutes (a one-way trip to the airport was 21 euros for two passengers with bags). I stayed at a lot of hotels around the world, but the staff at this one are really great!
