The hot tub was really dirty. There was a build up of scum all around it. It wasn’t a super busy weekend we were there so we often had the pool area to ourselves, but it certainly could have used a proper cleaning.

The breakfast was good with lots of options. Way better breakfast options that other hotels I’ve stayed at. I also loved that our room was pretty big, it didn’t feel too jam packed like some rooms. I liked that we had two doors, one into the hotel and also one to the parking lot.

That there was a bunch of kids all over the hotel , that could have been put on the bottom floor.. running around. The parents were all in one room drinking. Told the night staff at 12 am. Friday night that we were trying to sleep and couldn't. Nothing was done I might end up staying eles where next time. I paid alot of money to stay there

Not sure the hot tub was cleaned often enough as there was obvious dirt in the bottom. Only minimal option for lactose intolerant guests in the breakfast choices . The room was smaller than expected.

Cleanliness of our room was great! , near the hockey arena and other interests, quick service for clogged drain. Opportunity to swim.

Most of the problems came from the noise level. The street is quite noisy and we were on the end of the building facing the street. Then there were the other guests..... From about 4 PM until 4 AM our neighbors were in and out the door about every 10 minutes. This was clearly a big group of people "partying" and being noisy. Maybe we should have specified that we wanted a quiet room but we didn't think to ask. In the future I would definitely ask. I can't imagine what they were doing going outside because the neighborhood is far from inviting.

The room was stark but very clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. There was plenty of counter space for making breakfast and for setting up the computer. The microwave and refrigerator were clean and in good order. There were plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. the blackout shades really blocked out the light. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. We were pleased by the guest laundry.

Railway and freeway very close at back of hotel.

The swimming pool, although kept very clean, needs a little bit of renovation. The hotel is in quite a rundown industrial areal and although very close by car to Uptown, was not very practical for walking

All the staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and seemed to have been recently refurbished. Very comfortable, large bed in our King room too.

The booking experience at booking .com was cumbersome. Did not know there was no elevator onsite, was looking for an accessible room due to limited mobility. However the staff acted quickly and changed our room to one on the ground floor. Thank you!

The hot breakfast was great and had many options. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was very kind. The hotel was situated a short drive to downtown. Everything was very clean and met our expectations!
