I had to go get towels, facecloths,garbage bags and such to clean our room as no one retrieved our garbage or replaced anything after our arrival. But they were very helpful when I asked for help at the front desk and gave me all I needed to clean

although our room was nice, the view was terrible (not thier fault). during the morning around 9 am, a housekeeper tried to open our door and knocked and she thought we were checked out. i had the do not disturb sigh on the door. later on that same morning while i was packing up my stuff and tidying up the room a bit one of the workers tried to open our sliding door outside. good thing we had it locked but i dont understand why they would do that.

i most definitely like how clean it was and it is nicely organized. i loved our room (first floor) the guy at the front desk was very accommodating and his communication was great. wish i got his name but he was very nice and straight forward to let you know about anything you might need.

Hotel and amenities were fine, personal issues - wall neighbour's dog was left unattended until the early hours (barking, scratching, moving things in the neighbouring room), breakfast wasn't offered at the time we needed (opened at 8:30am, we needed it at 7:00am), we were on the ground floor and our outside door didn't lock (glad the hotel is located in a nice area).

Easy check in, friendly service, comfortable bed, clean and stocked shower. Basic needs met! Hotel smelt nice, was clean area, parking was convenient, extra supplies for the bathroom or coffee set was readily available by the front desk. Definitely will be on my list for future stays for the east Moncton - Dieppe area.

Comfortable rooms, great staff, and great location (right by the highway, mall, restaurants). We requested a dog friendly room which was great. Breakfast was also included which was great. Also a great location to do day trips to Bay of Fundy and PEI

We were awakened by phone call advertisements 2 nights. The first night the calls were at 3:12 a.m. and 3:18 a.m. The second night the calls were at 3:13, 3:18 and 3:24 a.m.! This was both upsetting and frightening! We spoke with 3 other hotel patrons, no one else received those calls. Those calls equated to a nightmare on Maplewood St.!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and in a good location. There was a breakfast options and the food choices were adequate.

Breakfast. Room was very small and over crowded. We were unable to sit during breakfast and ended up going back to the room. We ate at 7:30 am.

There was a leak in the hallway in the ceiling on the main floor walking towards our room, My dad informed a staff member. the vent room 143 bathroom was not working properly, and the bathroom stayed wet most of the time after the shower. I understand that I went to Moncton, and it is a bilingual place, but sadly, communication with the maid service was difficult. I dont speak French, and she didn't speak English. I tried 2 different maids. I am also not sure why one room was more expensive than the other when both were the same side by side. the ac unit is loud

that I got lucky enough that i was able to get 2 ajoining rooms last minute. our airbnb got canceled that am and my family of 8 were stranded. Breakfast staff and check-in staff were extremely helpful.

Door kept rattling in the door jam anytime other guests opened their doors. Noisy kids up until 4 am. Main front door latch was held open with electrical tape. The MAIN entrance!!!

The downfall was definitely that the room fan/heater made alot of clunking noises and was hard to stay asleep through.

The breakfast was phenomenal, the staff were amazing. The room was better then expected and the location was central!

Room was clean and hotel was quiet that night. Breakfast was great as usual and the breakfast attendant was incredibly nice and helpful. She made the stay much better! Location was good, though not in walking distance of much, but easy to get around the city by car. Was happy with my stay.
