For a quiet roon, everything could be heard. From the people on the rooms besides mine to the road and all outsode noise. Plus other guests screaming, running and chatting outside late at night.

There was a distinct smell in the room, which may be due in part to pet smells ( pet friendly hotel) and possibly other guests who may have smoked although smoke-free hotel. I was given a chance to change rooms but I declined as I felt other rooms may be similar I found several rooms in the vicinity to be rather noisy although to be fair I didn't bring this up to front desk. I feel breakfast could be improved

The bathroom appears to have been renovated recently. The room was adequate for my needs. Breakfast was included. Front Desk staff were friendly

Nice clean room, comfy bed - Everything we were looking for after a long day on the road as a pit stop for the night. Friendly and helpful check in staff. The included breakfast was good. Plenty of well lit and safe parking available.

On a Wednesday in early December, kids were running and yelling in the halls late at night. (Another guest, opened his door and yelled for the kids to be quiet, "because people are trying sleep.") The pillows were small, square pillow that most people put on sofas. The desk chair was not good. I wouldn't lean back in it. The breakfast was basic...muffins, toast, yoghurt, etc. No eggs. No waffles. It was so busy on a Thursday at 7 a.m. that I ordered UberEats instead. There really should be a microwave in each room, but I knew when I booked there wasn't.

The location was good, there were a variety of services close by, the room was spacious, and the wifi worked well. I arrived right at 4 p.m. and was able to get a room on the 2nd floor, on the backside which was helpful for studying for an exam. The staff was nice.

Having to request new towels on second night, plus to get more coffee. On third day I requested room be done to remove used towels and clean the garbage.

We ate in lovely places near by. We had a room on the first floor and sliding door. We are both smokers so could easily go to the car outside if we needed a smoke.

When I pulled up, there were guests at the entrance smoking a bong. I mentioned this to the staff, stating I new it was legal to smoke now, but was that, as I pulled up with children and they questioned it. The staff laughed and said “I don’t know” instead of taking initiation to do something about it. I then get to my room where there’s dirty socks and bottles with booze in them outside our patio door. A thorough clean should be done.

Again asked for a room close to entrance due to Mobility issues. I get there and have a drive-up room 2nd from end of row. One entrance with steps around the corner and the other at the opposite end, making it very difficult to get from car with my walker and then get to end of the hall!! They do have rooms very close to the entry’s with no stairs, so why was I given a room so far away? Either didn’t read or care about my request thus is not the most disability friendly place. Pic outside shows blue circle where room is and red circle where entrance is……

Convenient, to reach appointment’s in GTA and visit family in Durham.
