The location is handy to shopping and restaurants and easy access to ring road. The breakfast had a great selection and was good and served in a friendly manner during this cover times.

Sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed for awhile, very wrinkled and rough looking . Pillow covers had slight smell and seemed like they hadn’t been changed either . I don’t blame housekeeping as that’s managements responsibility.

A group of young adults invaded the swimming pool area smoking, drinking alcohol, vaping and making noise, all the families and kids left the area. The staff was informed and did nothing. Disappointing.

It's packed every time we stayed here, we've had situations where other kids were bullying and even an adult male telling my son not to touch the wheel that turns on the water sprinkler in the kiddie pool. The ventilation is poor in pool area. The staff apparently told one of the guests to leave the door that goes outside, open, causing temperatures to drop in the pool area including the water temp by the door. We didn't want to be near that area which then limited our space in the pool.

The pool closed 30 mins before the posted time. The pull out bed was bent badly, good thing I had small children sleeping on it. There were no sheet or blanket for the pull out bed in the room. I spoke with the front desk twice, there were no clean blankets available in the hotel. The washer was broken. The staff were unable to find a solution for me. I had to go find a blanket outside the hotel so my kids could sleep. We won’t be back.

Housekeeping: Room badly needs vacuuming. -Thick dust bunnies under bed. -Childrens' toys from a previous occupant also found under the bed amongst the thick dust. -Carpet was "heaved" down the middle of the room. -There was a bad crack in the sink - Bath tub very slippery (there was no texturing on the bottom so made it very dangerous to try to shower. There was a grab bar at the end of the tub but it was not well placed for safety.

Breakfast could be better. Limited on hot foods, compared to other hotels it was disappointing. If you book multiple rooms they charge deposit per room, $250. So be aware before booking.

It could be better looked after. It definitely wasn’t the cleanest. The public bathrooms on the main floor had a horrible smell to them. The pool was so cold. There was dog poop just outside one of the side doors. I think if people are bringing their dog they should be cleaning up after them. You can’t tell me that no one notices these things.

We live in the city, but decided to go to this particular hotel because we'd never been and my daughter wanted to go to waterslides for her 11th bday. The rooms were comfortable and included everything we need, but were entirely clean as there were dirty cups stacked beside a lamp, and ketchup packs on the floor under an ottoman. The waterslide was broken down during our entire visit - when we approached the front desk to let them know, the first girl did try to trouble shoot but did not fix it. They didn't close the enterance of the slide so kids were going down it dry and crashing into the end, which was a huge safety risk in itself. There were no towels in the pool area and no one ever came to clean up the pool area and gather the wet and dirty ones. The pool was more than double its 38 person person capacity in the evening, so much so that we ended up going to our room early. There were a group of roughly a dozen teens in our hallway grazing until nearly midnight. In the morning the pool area was locked 15 minutes after 9am, my husband and another lady went to the front to ask them to open the door as there was a lineup gathering to get it already. The women at the front desk rudely told the lady that it should be open and try again, and told my husband with attitude, "well it should be". And did nothing. Luckily the maintenence man finally arrived, let us all in the pool and we were able to enjoy the slide for an hour before checkout. Upon checkout, we weren't asked about the quality of our stay, only "do you want your receipt?".

It was a generic hotel breakfast, well stocked but basic breakfast items. The cleaning staff we passed in the hallways were the only staff who greeted or smiled at us.

The toiletries was very less in quantity. I booked for 5 people and there was only pair of 2 each of towel, soap, shampoo etc.

To enter in to the dinning area, there was a condition to wear proper cloths and shoes. Which we read before entering and went back to the room for following the instructions. however, none of others followed those instructions, and no one bothered them. I was curious that why did those instructions not followed or implemented to all. No one was there to ask them. Or I was the only one read this?

Waterslide not meant for little kids. Our hide a bed was broken. No early check in after calling ahead, waiting. Breakfast was poor quality and crowded.
