Absolutely gorgeous house and spacious rooms

TV could be a bigger screen.

Everything was excellent in my opinion. 1. Location is good about 5 minutes drive from the go station and there are restaurants nearby. 2. The room is spacious with big windows. It is clean to my satisfaction. Bathroom and closet are well cleaned, towels provided feel fresh. Additionally, there are ironing board, iron, hair dryer, soaps, conditioners, shampoo, made me feel at home. 3. TV worked properly, netflix available, so helping spend time without being bored. Wifi connections is high speed. Although TV is too small for the room not providing a great viewing experience from the bed. 4. The host is fast responsive (from my past stays - as I did not have to communicate them during this stay) and provided helpful suggestions on parking. 5. Check in and checkout process is very quick and easy. 6. Big house comes with big kitchen and backyard.

This is a large, gorgeous house that is immaculately maintained. The ensuite bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient close to the 401. Outstanding value!

nothing i love it all!

the house was very big and beautiful. it felt cozy and relaxing. i really enjoy my stay. i wasnt sure if i was allowed to hang out in other rooms other then my room though maybe a sign would help that confusion

The location is about 15min away from the transit/bus. But it should not be an issue if you have your own car or if you take Uber.

I stayed in room 202. Really good for the price I paid. It's not expensive and the place is excellent. The owner responds quickly to all my emails. Their home is beautiful and I had my own bathroom in my room. You can go to the shared kitchen if you have food to put in the fridge. I didn't need to use the washing machine but they have it if you need it plus the dryer. Location is close to Town Centre for if you want to get dinner/lunch - 7min by car. The neighbourhood is beautiful.

A remote for the main tv?

The property didn’t meet my expectations… it exceeded them. Everything was available, even a laundry area. A beautiful stove, toaster oven, and everything between someone could need.

The Wi-Fi was a little unpredictable at times which was such a shame especially when I/we decided to complete a little work or if one wants to enjoy uninterrupted TV but, at least we are now aware of this for next time.

Love the property, so comfortable and spacious, it was very well planned out for all guests in terms of individually labelled sections in the fridge for food and in the cupboard for crockery. There were sections marked out for car parking also. They really considered their guests and on behalf of myself and partner, we truly appreciated that. Recycling and garbage were collected daily and we were happy to have access to washer and dryer. We did not meet the owner but questions were quickly answered via messenger or email and there is a telephone number too. If one does not drive, the bus stop is approximately 20 minutes walk and a short journey to Pickering Go Train but one still has a short walk after the bus. That did not bother me because I enjoy walking most places and being a loverly location meant it was even more enjoyable but it may not suite those who prefer not to walk.

Nothing at all everything was great. But just had to wonder about if some one was traveling I had to tell them in advance that part was confusing.

If on booking, clients can be asked if they require anything before turning up (eg small bottle of milk) that will be a bonus.

The room was spacious and clean. All amenities were provided. The environment was very welcoming and the host made you feel at ease.

Nothing for me.

Basically, you are renting out a room in a big detached house. It would potentially be a very uncomfortable and noisy stay (as there are several rented rooms next to each other with minimal or no sound isolation in between), but other renters were extremely quiet while I was there, so at the end, it was a much better experience than a hotel room. You have your own bathroom and towels (though an extra set would be very good). You can use the washer and dryer which was on the same floor as the rooms, and for free. You have a small TV in your room with Crave, HBO, Netflix and many other paid service providers (again for free). You are allowed to use the kitchen with all the amenities in it. Plenty of space to park your car. So, I would certainly stay again.

Unfortunately, some of the other guests were quite loud even at midnight despite clear rules/signs... I would have liked having a bag in the garbage can in the bathroom. I prefer a shower with a hose, so not a big fan of just having the shower head on the wall.

Clean, beautiful, well organized, safe, calm, easily accessible. Felt quite independent. Really appreciated what was provided in the room! Excellent value! Highly recommended.
