    that we had to leave!

Amanda was an amazing host. From the moment we walked through the door until we left three days later, she made us feel welcomed, wanted and looked after. It was excellent to discover the range of gluten free options for breakfast. Amanda had great suggestions for seeing the sights of the local area, and her recommendation for dinner provided us with an exceptional evening.

My only criticism would be that our room, although felt cozy, also felt a bit cramped and would have loved a coffee table perhaps instead of the writing bureau to place drinks on.

The breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect. Amanda was a breath of fresh air and couldn’t have been nicer. The lady that served our breakfast was also very sweet. Our room was tastefully decorated! Our bathroom had a lovely claw foot tub and was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and moisturizer. Wine glasses, water glasses and a bottle opener were also provided as well as a nespresso coffee machine kettle and a selection of teas.

We were on the top floor. Bed with wheels, accident waiting to happen you may wish to make it stationary. No extra towels left for multiple night stays. There is extra cabinet space to leave extra set of towels, would be nice. Yes I would stay again and yes I would recommend it.

Breakfast was good, location is excellent.

The Coopers Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Although Amanda has only owed the Inn for a year and a half she’s has done a fantastic job in keeping the place comfortable so that you would want to come back over and over again.

Breakfast was great. It was nice to have choices. Location was also great. Right in Shelburne’s historic district on the water. Easy walking to restaurants or for a walk along the water front. Beautiful gardens along the side with comfortable seating around the gardens.

Being an old, heritage house, the room we stayed in was a bit small, so becomes quite cramped when travelling with two suitcases.

Lovely house in a good location within easy walking distance to town. Friendly and welcoming host, with a welcome drink in a lovely garden in the late afternoon (which was buzzing with hummingbirds when we stayed).

Restaurants in town are not all open on Mondays and Tuesdays so choices are limited. Hoist did provide us with some good suggestions which we were happy to receive and follow.

Food was great and ready when we had asked. Staff and host were friendly and helpful. Social hour was a good time to meet and greet other guests. Location was close to local attractions so an easy walk for those who are mobile.

    Nothing

This historic Inn on quaint Shelburne waterfront is a total delight. Amanda, the proprietor, could not be more charming and accommodating. Her wine social at 5pm is a perfect opportunity to engage with her and fellow travellers. Exceptional breakfasts change daily and are always delicious. Rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience.

Amanda was a warm, friendly, gracious host who accommodated us for an extra night after our ferry was cancelled. She creates an atmosphere that allows you to interact with other guests or to have privacy. This is an ideal location for those seeking to be on the water and a bit off the tourist scene of boisterous restaurants. The Black Lpyalist Herotage Centre is close and not to be missed

Our key didn't work when we returned to our room for the evening. There aren't any cleaning supplies in the room including dish detergent.

Loved the space, it was comfy and clean. Room was over looking the ocean. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Garden was a nice space. Was nice to have cocktail hour even though we didn't have the chance to attend. Lastly, breakfast was nice and homey.
