Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI booked the room ( 2 adults + 2 kids). i came to the room ( night of 21st Jan at around 8pm) , i found 2 bottles of water in the room. i called the reception to send me 2 more bottles ( since we are 4). the reception answered me that this will have extra charges. I told the shift manager , he told me the same answer. As a suggestion, the hotel should check the number of people that are checking in and put the complimentary bottles accordingly. It is not a matter of paying the extra charge for the water, but it will let the guest feel more comfortable and welcomed. I was really shocked from the manager response which is not acceptable at all in my opinion. I just felt that the manager doesnt care and he answered as per the book.

CanadaIt wasn’t specified that I didn’t have a free breakfast the next day we only had one when we paid for two nights and it looked like through the reservation. We were getting free breakfast for both those mornings… for $500 or $600 that was spent it’s a shame that we couldn’t even be given that… the pool in our building was out of order so we had to use the next facility over thankfully that was available. It was the whole reason we stay there for our children.

CanadaA makeup mirror would have been helpful. The bottles of shampoo & conditioner had come off the wall. Adhesive might not have been the best implementation of a good idea of having bottles to dispense the items.
The whole hotel was very clean. From the lobby, the hallway to the room. Care was taken. The room layout was very good with the sofa bed off in the corner. Enough USB ports available around the room. The separation between the toilet & shower with the vanity is a nice touch. We were going to a wedding & it allowed getting ready & needing to go to washroom or to shower not interfere. But the King bed was the most appreciated part of our stay. So comfortable & lots of room.
