They offered us bear spray, but then no one was available when we arrived to get the bear spray. Not a big deal, but that was really the only negative thing I can say about our stay.

The location was great, and the room was really nice and comfortable for a one-night stay. We were very close to the local hikes and just outside of the main town. They provided free cookies and coffee and even offered free bear spray for the duration of our stay. We weren’t able to eat at the cafe because we left too early in the morning, but it looked like they offered some good options. Also, the bathroom products smelled great.

Could not access wifi the entire stay. TV remote barely worked. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

Our room was not cleaned as much as we had hoped and there was a shortage of coffee available for the room so we had to ask for more.

We loved the location and how homey it felt! Everything there for our convenience.

Phone would not consistently stay connected to wifi. Had to use cellular data the entire stay. Remote for tv had to be positioned a certain way in order to use it and even then was not consistent. No one was ever manning the cafe downstairs for my entire 2 day stay so I had to go elsewhere.

Clean room, minimal interaction with staff ( I enjoyed). Complimentary cookies, water jug available. Comfortable bed, nice accents - chandelier and blankets are nice touch.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to share a disappointing experience my husband and I had recently in your hotel's parking lot. We had parked our car in the hotel area and were exploring the vicinity in search of the fireplace. In the process, we wandered into the adjacent Bear and Bison Inn hotel's parking lot to look for the firepit located at the end of your property. To our dismay, we were confronted by one of their receptionists in a rather aggressive manner. She began yelling at us, accusing us of parking in their hotel's lot, despite our attempts to explain that we were not parked there. The encounter left us feeling quite uncomfortable and unwelcome. Even after we clarified the situation and showed her where our car was parked, she persisted in her rude behavior without offering any apology for the misunderstanding. As guests who value hospitality and courteous treatment, this interaction was disheartening and tarnished our impression of your establishment. We believe that such incidents detract from the overall guest experience and should be addressed promptly to maintain the reputation of your hotel. We trust that you will take appropriate measures to address this matter and ensure that all guests are treated with respect and professionalism at all times. Creekside Villa was a very nice place to stay. The room was nice, the hotel was quiet, and the food at the breakfast cafe was tasty. There is a games room in the basement, with nice couches, lots of games, and a small billiards table.
