Building is generally scruffy. Exterior has seen better days. Interior hallways, walls & carpets very dirty and in need of decoration.

The hallways to the rooms have been under renovation for months. Seems there was a water leakage and walls are drying. Due to this there was a strange smell (not in the room though). IT system failed and reception had to do everything manually. After a week still waiting for my invoice.

For my purpose well located. Good breakfast. Clean room. Parking available. Diner was also okay, small menu but found something.

The air conditioning in the entire hotel was out of order. Would have appreciated an earlier notification of this, especially as my stay was in August. My room had noticeable wear and tear on the walls, furniture...etc. The wifi was terrible, kept disconnecting and cannot handle any type of remote work (calls...etc.)

While the room itself was not in the best condition, the bathroom seemed to be recently renovated and had a much nicer and appealing look to it.

Dusty bedding and room like it was cleaned weeks ago and had sat empty since. Very outdated decor (brown scratchy arm chair and faded orange and brown carpets). The breakfast was not great and cost 40 euros for 2 people. Check in was very slow and they advertised that staff were multilingual (German, English and French) but they certainly were not. The car park barrier was constantly up but we were still asked to pay for parking. We tried to eat in the onsite restaurant but we were told when we tried to go in that there was a group so we weren't allowed (we feel we should have been notified when booking or once the group had booked). It cost the same as Holiday Inn in Brussles but was definitely half of the value, if not less. It is not well signposted and only has one big sign, sort of near the main road and not lit up at all.

Little chocolates on the pillow, free water and glasses, nice bathroom with plenty of towels, snacks and drinks available to buy in reception.

the location is isolated. the building is quite old. the details of proper four stars hotels are missing. it is just got older and they reduced prices.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and unfortunately nothing has changed. Furthermore, there is water damage throughout the hotel. In the room the walls are partly smeared. We also had silverfish in the room. One bedsidetable was broken.

Staff was ok. Breakfast was good but for 18€ also expansive.

The structure is not what I consider a 4 starts hotel. Facilities are old.

Breakfast had different options and the room was rather spacious. It's not too far from the highway, it's good for a one-night stopover.

Rooms (exluding bathroom) - stained walls and old furniture, gives off motel vibes. Beds were clean and comfortable. The A/C doesn't work, neither does the fridge. Wi-fi - sometimes works fine, other times it's slow. It's a bit annoying to get a new password every day, because they only last for 24 hours. Halways - the halways have outdated wall paint and the walls are crumbling. Same as the room, gives off hotel vibes. Facilities - no gym/recreation centre

Breakfast/hotel restaurant - the breakfast has a decent variety of foods and everything is fresh, the restaurant itself has a limited amount of food, but everything I ate was delicious. Bathroom - the bathrooms are renovated, which is why theur quality is ranks above the suite itself Location - I was here a whole week for seminars (which were held in the hotel), so the location suited me very well. Staff - can't complain.

We were booked a room, but when come to hotel - they said, that booking had mistake and they hadn’t any free rooms, so we have to found another place to sleep at the last moment. It was very uncomfortable!
