Should have two Staff at front desk at all times. Had to wait several minutes to ask a question because Staff was on the phone. No one told us that there was towels for the pool at the front deck. Other hotels we stayed at had towels in the pool area to use.

I likes the location. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The pool and waterslide were better than I thought they would be.

I did not like the extra person fees when you've booked a room that accommodates all those persons already. Two queen beds is for four people, so why was I charged extra for 2 of the 4 people? Also, other guests paid less for the same rooms, so I may not be using this app anymore. Towels for the pool have to be requested at the front desk, which is not fun to walk through in your bathing suit. The shower in the pool area is broken, so you cannot rinse off before or after going in the pool. The hottub and pool are both very small for a large hotel, and the hotel is currently being expanded, so I can see the issue of overcrowding at the pool to be worse unless they are expanding that too. The T.V's picture quality are very pixelated and yes, we did adjust the resolution in both rooms.

The options at breakfast is better than most hotels. There are hot items like sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and you can make your own waffles. There is also fruit, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, juices, milk, and more. Beds and linens are comfy, rooms are decent size, and they each have a microwave, fridge and keurig machine. Location is central in Steinbach, which is great.

Unfortunately there were very noisy guests in the hall after 11:00 making it difficult to fall asleep, this went on for about half an hour.

Oceana greeted us warmly and provided helpful service during our stay. Other staff smiling and cheerful. Wonderful breakfast, with sausage, eggs, potatoes. Comfy bed.

we booked for a room for 5 people and a dog with kitchennette and we got a 1 queen bed and sofa bed undone and its to tight when 5 of us are in that room and on the website it says it fits 5 people, when I approached the receptionist about our situation she offered if we want a room change but unfortunately no vacancy that is pet friendly so we ended up staying in the same room unfotunately.

Great pool with waterslide. Hours of fun. Good location near many restaurants. Nice room for a one night stay which is exactly what we were looking for.

Upon checking in and everytime I asked the receptionist a question she was quite sour. The next day the lady at the desk was fabulous though.

The cleaning staff seemed a bit grumpy. It was awkward when taking the stairs down to find we had to walk through the pool area to get to lobby. Accessing the Inn from the hiway was tricky if coming from the north.

The room was just right for what we needed.

The bathrooms were smaller than I would have preferred. The breakfast was good but it would be better with my variety. The rooms were also not as big as I thought they would be. There was also an error with one of the rooms I booked. I booked two rooms. The receptionist said she couldn't find one of them on the website. I even had a confirmation email. She was a little snarky like it was my fault that I had happened when I did everything right. We had to book another room. Thankfully it was the sane type of room I wanted and sane price. The cleaning staff were wayy nicer and friendly than the front desk staff. The front desk staff were not as welcoming.

The elevator was not working and I had a room on the third floor. The staff did help to carry my luggage but the TV was also not working properly and though I requested assistance, there was not enough staff to attend.

The breakfast and location were great. The room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable.
