Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Canada$350 is pretty steep for a 2 bedroom room for 1 night. Would be nice to have affordable family options, especially for a rainy March Break.

It was such a nice hotel, very modern. Loved the lobby with the restaurant/cafe area. The employees were fantastic everywhere, all service was impeccable.

CanadaI got a wicked deal through booking.com for 2 nights in a king suite at this hotel. The suite was lovely, very spacious, the shower was great, and the bed so comfortable. Our flight out of Halifax was cancelled due to hurricane Lee and they were very accommodating in extending our stay in the same suite, though sadly not at the same price. The hotel restaurant had some really good food and they serve Starbucks coffee. The location was pretty inconvenient for visiting Halifax, an hour by bus to downtown, and there's not much around as it is in an industrial park but all in all it was a great place to stay.

CanadaRoom only had 3 towels and cleaning staff didn’t provide us any clean towels when they cleaned the room. I had asked and they said they didn’t have any in there cart. Later they did come to our room w 3 new towels. The breakfast was also not included in our stay and this was the most expensive hotel out of our stay in Nova Scotia with the least amount of services provided.
