Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was phenomenally nice and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and well designed. The hotel was well located in the old part of Quebec. You can walk to so many shops, cafes, pubs, museums, churches and the waterfront. I especially liked the lounge which people used for doing puzzles, playing games and having coffee. It gave the place a homey feeling.

Pierret, at the front desk has the perfect personality for the job. Upbeat and helpful. Room was small but very well designed. The breakfast basket (at extra charge) hanging on the door hook was a classy touch and a delicious way to start the day. Centrally located and easy walk to everything.

United StatesThe shower was lacking on pressure, it was hard to get your hair rinsed properly. Pillows were not so great.
Loved the 24/7 coffee, it was honestly better than the coffee shops. Beds were great. We were on the back side of the hotel and it was so quiet. Only time we heard neighbors was after the big parade. The double queen room size was wonderful. Cafe's & restaurants were next door to within 5 min walk. The staff were all fantastic. Room was serviced everyday!

CanadaCheck-in very straightforward. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean with an excellent mattress and a nice combination of modern furniture and exposed old stonework. The staff was able to help us with suggestions for dinner, found a corkscrew for wine we had purchased as well as plates from their kitchens. There is a common area on the main level that is warm and cosy.
