The fan was a bit loud, but as soon as you turn it off you start sleeping because visiting the island is very tiring

Mr. Tee is just amazing, he will help with precious advices for your staying in Koh Kood. It’s not the closest place to the beach, but to visit Koh Kood you will need a motorbike, so the location is actually great.

The owner is extremely friendly and the price is good compared to other places. It's a nice little quiet spot in the jungle, within walking distance (20 mins) of the beach. It's a simple and peaceful place.

The dogs were a little bit scary: I didn't like they were kept in cage but I could understand the reason. They were barking to the people coming through including me. One day I saw all of them (3) coming to me barking and then surrounding me but only to studying me. I understood that they were just observing who I was. Nonetheless, the way they were coming to me was a bit scary as they were growling while approaching.

Super Staff. Night Market in next 300 m. The Cocktail Bus from C ( call him: why not) was so cool. The beaches around are buetifull. All lovely people.

We enjoyed our stay, it is appx 1.5 km from white beach and nice restaurants. Just walking distance from night market. Best for people who want peace.

We stayed 8 nights at this wonderful peaceful place with amazing owners. Mr. Tee and his sister are such nice and kind persons and are always ready to help if needed. The bungalow is nice, very clean and comfortable. It is equipped with a fan (no necessary to use at night as it cools down), a fridge and a water cattle and the shower has hot water. The service is excellent: every day free coffee and water, every other day fresh towels and every three nights fresh bed linen. Wifi is excellent. We also rented the motorbike from them at a fair price. They have also 3 lovely dogs and cats which we loved to pet. About 200 meters from the guesthouse there is a local night market with tasty food and good music. We hope to come again and highly recommend this place.

Nothing bad

very good location, within a 20-minute walk you can reach a waterfall, the beach and the night market. The owner is very friendly, every day he gave us coffee water and changed our towels. We rented a motorcycle and everything was perfect, we told him that a wheel was worn out and he changed it for us immediately.

The area infront of reception and private house is a little messy. But we didn't see it from our terrace, this view was just beautiful green.

A nice little house surrounded by greenery, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, nice terrace. Everything very clean. You just hear the noice of wildlife. Nice manager. Daily roomservice, which we didn't expect for the low price. Sweet dogs. You can rent motorbikes, which you should to get arround. It's close to a lovely nightmaket where you get good food, drinks and nice vibes. A big beautiful beach is around 15min/20min walk away and some restaurants, too. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Mr. T was a wonderful host, he is a very kind and charming person! The complex is very nice and quiet, the bungalows are very well equipped and super clean. It is quite close to a night market and several restaurants and beaches. It is a beautiful area, calm and very quiet, with a lot of green around. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you very much Mr. T for being the best host on our long trip of almost three months!

The whole area is very nice with a huge garden and a fish farm situated in the mangrove forest. Our host was exceptional cool and helping. during our stay the restaurant was not open, but we could still order breakfast, could have our laundry done and rent a motorbike! If you like a quiet and charming place this is the right spot for you! Thanks again Mr. Tee We hope to be back soon :-)

Mata house is amazing! We had nice stay for 2 days only! The place is very quiet! Very nice for sleep and relaxing! Rooms are holding the cold! Feels amazing! Pla the host is very helpful ! We will come again

Lovely home from home set in the jungle. Can recommend you try a few days here for something different from always staying on the beach. This place has a lovely relaxing feel. Cute bungalows with a fan are well made, providing you with a nice bed and bathroom and fridge to keep your water and beer cold. Kettle and coffee. At the time of writing they are bringing you your breakfast to your bungalow balcony. I liked stepping out on my balcony in the morning and eating breakfast looking and listening at the jungle (same for an evening beer). They rent you scooters and can help with onward travel and advice on what to do. This family are so nice (plus the 4 dogs) and they even helped me with advice when I was staying at the next place over what's app. Thank you so much guys.
