The pillows were a little too firm for my taste but it was so minor!

The hotel is very centrally located in the hub of activity yet wasn’t noisy in the least, in fact one of the most quiet rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The room was very clean, perfectly appointed. The coffee machine in the lounge was excellent, best coffee in Quebec! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, every single person we came in contact with was super pleasant.

The upgraded King room we stayed in was very nice. The staff were unusually friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for our purposes - right in the heart of Old Quebec. Underground parking only 1/2 block away.

The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Old Quebec City. The under-floor heating in the bathroom was much appreciated, as were all the little touches in the room and in the guest lounge.

Outstanding, friendly and helpful staff in a clean, well-appointed, easily accessed modern hotel with comfortable rooms which have all the amenities one could hope for, all in an exceptional location close to the main attractions and loads of restaurants make this, in our opinion, a hotel well worth seeking out if you want to stay in old Quebec City. Highly recommended.

Although there was a desk and a small table and chairs (nice), there were no drawers - no place at all to put your clothes, so you had to use the tables to open your suitcase and live out of that.

This hotel is a nice combination of an old facade with new and modern interiors. The staff are especially helpful and pleasant to interact with. The bed was comfortable, there were some English language channels available on the flat screen TV, the shower was good, and there was a table and a couple of chairs. The lobby offered free coffee and large bottles of water that you could use to fill your own individual water bottles- this was a very nice touch. It’s extremely well located, near shopping and restaurants.

You are right there in the historic "old town" near a major parking garage with reasonable rates. Reception folks are courteous, patient and helpful! They are English speaking. Our room albeit small was very comfortable, clean and attractive. The large day room is comfortable, well appointed offering 2 computers and a premium espresso drinks maker!

The front desk staff was just wonderful, answering and even anticipating our questions. The rooms were perfect, comfortable, classy! The idea of delivering a basket of food to the door for a picnic breakfast is so unique, and the breakfast itself exceptional (best croissant ever!).

Nothing could have been better

The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. The location is superb and in the heart of the old town. The room was very large, had lots of character and was spotless. The parking is also very easy to use and competitive at $17 per day
