The kitchen was not well organised, due to clutter. lighting was very poor due to repairs which appear to be occurring, and there was an empty olive oil container which appeared to be for guest use - just refill it. In the bathroom there were loads of product which also appeared to be empty - either provide product or don’t - I hate encountering empty bottles. I also feel deadbolts on guests rooms rather than simple key locks would be better.

Kitchen was large and accessible. Bathroom was very large. Also it had a hairdryer.

There was a self-serve kitchen which was great, but being self-serve also means self-clean. Could have been better.

Our room could have done with some hanging space for clothes.

The room was very spacious and had a balcony that caught the evening sun. The accommodation is located in the quiet outskirts of the town: not a problem for us as we had a car but without one it might have felt less well-situated. The kitchen was shared but was very well-equipped. This wasn't an issue for us as we were there out of season. Had there been a lot more guests staying it might have felt a bit congested. The owners were very pleasant.

We had a room with plenty of space and a lovely balcony that caught the evening sun. The bed and chairs were comfortable. There could have been more space for hanging clothes. The kitchen was communal but very well equipped. It was quiet when we were staying (off-season) but maybe the kitchen would have felt more congested at the height of the season. The property is in a quiet area of the town with good views of the surrounding countryside. It’s a little way from the town centre, which wasn’t a problem as we had a car. Without a car that might have felt more difficult. The hosts were very pleasant and the accommodation had a very welcoming and homely feel.

I didn't receive check-in instructions, and despite confirmation of my arrival time, they didn't notice my booking and were surprised by and unprepared for my arrival. The jets in the tub looked scuzzy with soap scum & hard water buildup. The cream was expired and cereal was stale. There were eggs and orange juice in the fridge, I didn't see any bread for toast. The kitchen is a bit untidy. Overall this place was much nicer than the musty, stuffy hotel that I had stayed at for the previous few days.

Comfy bed, the executive suite was quite big and had a balcony.

This isn't a B&B and shouldn't be branded as such. There is a large and will equipped kitchen with a selection of cereals and every spread imaginable but that's about it. There were eggs in the fridge which were not dated and some bread which was past its use by date as well as 2 rashers of bacon left in an open pack. Think more hostel than B&B. The house needs a thorough clean throughout.

We were warmly welcomed despite arriving at midnight from the ferry. The house is incredibly quiet and the bed is very comfortable.

Bedroom carpet was old and stained. No breakfast served, just a shared kitchen with some cereal and milk. To us a true B&B serves a hot breakfast (especially an “executive” B&B!), not do it yourself. We had to leave 5:30 AM for ferry, so we would have missed breakfast anyway, but still…

Nice house in fairly upscale neighborhood (for Prince Rupert), good for taking an evening walk. Bathroom was modern and clean. Nice fresh air through open windows, and balcony to sit on.

Liked everything. Perhaps for mobility challenged traveller the stair might be an issue. There was nothing not to like.

All necessary supplies were available to prepare a breakfast of choice at one's convenience. Proprietor was willing to accomodate need for gluten-free diet. Common room allowed for meeting other travelers.

Eagle Close B n B is in an up-market residential area of Prince Rupert. It is very quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. Guests were invited to make themselves at home and use their large kitchen, which was well stocked for a good breakfast. Ample parking in front of the house. We had to leave early morning to catch the ferry, but this was not a problem!

The kitchen was a bit of a mess, and there is a bit of clutter in the main areas of the house. Cleaning supplies are left lying around. The toilet in the ensuite needs some attention. There were two neighbours that were blasting their music, which wasnt great.

There was a lot of options available for breakfast. We were the only ones there that night, and that was very nice. It was quiet in the house. The host was very friendly. ;) The jacuzzi tub was very enjoyable.

house is a little dated, sloppy customers have spilled their beverages on the carpet throughout, not the proprietors fault, but careless customers that can’t be bothered to blot up their spills.

open kitchen, you can cook your own meals, anytime of day. fully stocked. some rooms had balconies, windows opened for air. cleaning products and wipes all around if you feel the need.
