The ONLY thing is that we are not fans of using dryer sheets (Bounce?) - i.e. the linens smelled TOO good. Otherwise, there was nothing not to like about our stay.

The breakfast was fabulous. Well-cooked, delicious and plentiful. Served in a beautiful setting by a beautiful and very entertaining hostess. Couldn’t have been better. Nuuh-cha-ree and Mervin are exceptional hosts. They made our stay extremely pleasant.

This place was off the scale and incredible value for money. Our host Nucharee was adorable, kind, thoughtful and just perfect. We arrived early and were greetied with a huge smile. Nucharee explained everything and could don't be more accommodating than what she was. The place was just perfect, peaceful, so very clean, very comfortable, perfect amenities, beautiful views, I just couldn't fault it, total perfection. The town is just so lovely with some fantastic shops and had such a great community feel, the locals were just so nice when we watched a fantastic open air and free concert in the park. Everyone was just so nice. Our bed was enormous and so comfortable. There was chilled water in our room on arrival and we had a choice of dishes to choose for our breakfast. This turned out to be delicious with beautiful presentation. We were so sad just to be stopping here for one night. Due to the make up of the accommodation, basically a lovely guest lounge with beautiful views I had a wonderful time with the other guests who were just a delight and we spent a good few hours chatting. The place is just perfect and I can't fault it,

There was not anything that we did not like. Everything was as good if not better than the description on the website.

The breakfast was fantastic both in choice and quality. The property was exceptionally clean and our bedroom and en-suite were very comfortable. We liked the facility of being able to use the guest kitchen lounge and dining area to make drinks, have our own food and sit to relax in the evening. The hosts were very helpful, welcoming and friendly.

The hosts were exceptional. Sheri was fun and very welcoming. The attention to detail was amazing. Eagle Rock is the best B&B we've ever stayed in. And as for the breakfast - it was 5* gourmet.

Everything about this place is amazing. The waterfront view, the beach, the neighbourhood. Hand soap smells amazing, towels are so soft, linens smell fresh, pillows are soft, even signage inside the house is so well-thought out. Perhaps most important, breakfast is absolutely fantastic: fancy brunch restaurant quality, but completely home-cooked. The hostess should open a few restaurants of her own, honestly.

From when I booked to when we left the property after our night's stay, everything about this booking was exceptional! The property itself was lovely; a spacious and comfortable sitting area, dining area, and kitchen/island, which are all common rooms for any guests, and our own cozy and quiet bedroom and bathroom. We were made to feel welcome and pampered from when we first met our hosts to when we left, feeling like friends. There was a lovely selection of teas and coffee for us to enjoy at our leisure and the breakfast was excellent: on time, just as we ordered, and beautifully presented.
