Great location near shops and skytrain. We enjoyed the breakfast and the ambience. We were only there for one night and had minimal interaction with staff but they were all very pleasant, (front desk, housekeeping and staff at the breakfast.)

It seemed as if our rooms were set to a fixed temp. It was a bit chilly to our liking and we have children who utilize the sleeper and where it was located in our suite was chilly.

Clean, breakfast and their version of “happy hour” for guests during the week to enjoy snacks and refreshments, fantastic location!

I didn't like that there were many details that weren't clean. Our shower had hair and some liquid on the glass, the windows needed spot cleaning. And baseboards were not super clean. Also the elevator was not clean, and there were two bags of garbage sitting on our floor for two days in front of someone's door.

Overall good stay . Pool is nice, Breakfast was handy.

wifi was slow and required me to call the desk to straighten out an error in the spelling of my last name to get logged in. pool was great for kids, small and shallow for adults. bathroom lighting was dim for using mirror.

Bed was hard, pillows were too thin. A nicer room such as this should have a Keurig or nespresso machine. Would have liked to have bottled or fresh cold water as an option in morning.

Location was excellent. Many restaurants and Metrotown mall within easy walking distance. Right near where my medical appointment was too. Loved the room features like fridge, freezer, microwave. Furnishings, appliances, clean and in good order. Shower was easy to get in/out and worked very well. Large covered deck. Beautiful views of Burnaby and the coast range. Breakfast buffet was fresh and good.

The pen in the desk used to be a Westin logo pen, Now it was a cheap generic pen. It's a small thing but shows cutting corners to save cost.

The front desk person was friendly, professional and communicated knowledgeably. He let me know that my room request was not ready when I checked in and would call me when it was. We needed some extra towels and they brought them up in the timeframe they promised.

The stairs were locked between P1 and P3. I had to wait a lot longer than usual to get an elevator from P1 to P3.

The room was small for what I expected. We stayed there several times before and I felt like I booked a larger room for what I paid for. Wasn't given the wifi information at check-in so had to go to the website to figure it out. I wish they could provide a sheet or a folder in the room with all the information at a glace (check out time, breakfast times, pool hours, wifi info, etc)

The room was clean, modern design and great view. Convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping mall. Was also central to other places within 10-15 minutes driving.

Bed wasn’t comfortable, air conditioning/thermostat in room didn’t allow me to set at comfortable level or increase fan beyond lo. Parking situation sucked. Wasn’t able to find a spot in hotel parking as not enough spaces- sucks to pay extra for parking after paying for hotel parking.
