A bit pricey for what it is. Especially the massages! 150 for a 50 min « soft massage ». Loved the breakfast but again a bit expensive.

Breakfast not included for the price that is already high. Not as many spa facilities as I expected. Restaurant at the hotel are a bit on the fancier side and don’t have much options, I find. Not much explanation when first checking in on what’s available at the hotel, how it works etc

Some of the staff was a bit rude (definitely not all of them). Unfortunately there seemed to be a work event at the same time that we were there, and for some reason they put the work event right in front of the relaxation room... Not very relaxing to have 50 people look at you relax in a bathrobe.

Facilities were great. The room was really cozy, and the spa part was lovely. Definitely recommended for those trying to get away for a quick weekend.

Selfezperience resto with a lot of spiders on the wndows, hote is under renovations and it feels( noise, dust)

I didn't like that the outside balcony was full of spider webs and spiders. The facility should clean that as it's not enjoyable to sit on the balcony. I also noticed that they did not clean the adults pool as it was full of bugs. I saw one guy come with the cleaner but looked at the pool and turned away, didn't pass the cleaner at all.

The resort was beautiful, everyone was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! The room inside was clean and spacious.

At ROK, my husband’s stone wasn’t hot enough and his scallop stuck to it and burned. The nice thing is our server Stephanie brought us 2 new scallops. Also, the halloumi cheese was brought out on the same plate as the raw bloody steak. The server brought us new halloumi on its own plate. And only one set of cutlery was given - considering we are slicing raw meat with this cutlery, a second set is essential to avoiding cross contamination.

I had the pleasure of renting two spacious suites during my stay, and I must say that there were numerous aspects that truly stood out and made my experience quite enjoyable. The suites themselves were generously sized, providing ample space for relaxation and comfort. Not only did they offer a sense of roominess, but the in-room facilities provided were also noteworthy, enhancing the overall convenience and quality of my stay. One of the suites had the remarkable advantage of facing the lake, and I must admit, the view was nothing short of breathtaking. The scenic beauty of the lake and its surroundings was captivating, to say the least. This particular suite became a haven of tranquility where I could easily spend my time, taking in the picturesque vista without ever feeling the least bit bored. It's not every day that you come across a view that can hold your attention for hours on end. In addition to the exceptional views, the swimming pools and Jacuzzis on the premises added a playful and relaxing dimension to my stay. The opportunity to take a dip in the pools and unwind in the Jacuzzis added an extra layer of enjoyment to my overall experience. These facilities were a source of fun and rejuvenation, making my stay all the more pleasant. The staff at the property also played a significant role in enhancing my stay. Their friendliness and helpfulness were truly commendable. Whether it was providing information about the local area, assisting with any inquiries, or catering to specific needs, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and well taken care of. Their dedication to guest satisfaction certainly made a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay.

Nespresso machines in room rarely work properly. We were given a Two for one drink coupon to enjoy at the pool. Both my wife and I wanted a Mai Tai and they refused to give it to us. Shameful

It was my first time visit to the Estérel resort. The beach and the water is very nice, plenty of kayak and paddle board and pontoon are available. Breakfast buffet was awesome the room was nice and spacious. Staff were kind. Overall a lot pricy but nice accommodation.

Housekeeping does not come during your stay, it would have been nice to have fresh towels, etc. Late checkout is only available for a fee and some staff are not always super friendly or give attitude.

Beautiful location and facilities. The landscape is truly breathtaking. The resort makes for a relaxing retreat for couples, friends, families or individuals travelling alone. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. It is not too far from the town of Saint Sauveur which makes it easy for day trips if you need to pick something up or want to explore a little more.

There is no mini bar in the suite so we had to get out (in a storm) for evening refreshments. The restaurant voilier was really pricy and the food not so good, specially for similar type of restaurants in hotels (like St-Laurent at the manoir in Charlevoix).

Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Parking is across the street but valet service is available. No housekeeping devices for stays less than 5 days (which wasn’t communicated to us).

Breakfast buffet has lots of selection and fresh food! Location is beautiful but need to navigate some big hills to get here. Recommend checking out some cute restaurants in Ste Adele! Eg chez Milot and Donalda

The SPA's are outdated, very few jets, you essentially just sit in hot water. Second pool was not working and the one that was working is shallow and overcrowded, nowhere to swim. Not enough sun beds by the lake. Aside from the restaurant, no activities whatsoever after 8pm.

Pool is small. we had a bad experience with one rude employee from some other department totally ruined our good memories with the hotel. He sounds like he is not ready to welcome brown people to the property.

Two separate properties one is for family is a good concept. Located next to a water front is excellent. Front desk staff very friendly

Despite being on the 3rd floor, we could clearly hear the guests in the pool and hot tubs in the evening. We also clearly heard the wedding being hosted in a different part of the hotel. Also, the room was quite bright early in AM, even with all the blinds closed. A bit expensive for what you get.
