Bed was too soft for is but that is a very personal issue. Found the bathroom a little dated. We understand the pandemic changes a lot of procedures but having no attention to your room for three days was unpleasant. A suggestion then is to leave more supplies and at least take the garbage. Part of the luxury of staying in a hotel is having the room spruced up each day.

The bar fridge in our room had a previous client's leftovers....not properly cleaned. The stairwells to our car were dirty. This did not feel like a Marriott experience. I wish they had an outdoor eating area.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The management of breakfast during Covid protocols was poor. The food was not appetizing. The room was very nice but the price, though probably competitive, was too high for that location and those facilities.

Washroom a little small considering size of the room. As we were 3 people for 2 days, it would have been nice to be more generous with soap and shampoo. Breakfast so-so. Not enough room to sit so took it back to room. Breakfast could be extended to 11am to accommodate more people. People move in tables right after people leave without time for a cleaning (important due to covid).

Very nice large room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice pool though did not have time to use it. Convenient amd clean. Quiet. Good noise insulation.

The plumbing in the room didn’t really work, and the breakfast situation was unreasonably bad - not enough tables for guests, not enough staff, and chronically running out of breakfast items and key ingredients. The free breakfast was supposed to be a selling feature of the property.

Our first room had a white substance on the desk chair. I notified the front desk and they sent housekeeping to come and clean the chair. There was no apology for the inconvenience. The room seemed damp, dreary and had a bit of a smell. When we went to pull out the sofa bed, and there was a white substance (mold or mildew) on the bottom of the bed. I called the front desk again and the response was "well the only thing we can do is switch your room". Someone came in 10 minutes and provided a key to a new room, however there was no sense of concern, nor was there an apology. The second room was much better, and looked and smelled cleaner. The first room was on the 1st floor, and the second room was on the 2nd floor.

Breakfast was fair. The location was great, near stores and restaurants, and the highway.

Room smelled of mildrew and urine, this might be because the room was located near the pool. I had a hard time sleeping through the odor. Breakfast was just ok.

Property was clean. I asked for extra pillows because we like building forts and when we were walked into our room we came into a lovely Fort surprise ! It was amazing. The concession stand is available 24/7, the continental breakfast was also very delicious.
