The pool was closed. There's a sign about getting a refund, but we didn't see it until the next day. We should have been told at check-in. It wasn't even mentioned when we asked if it was open. We had a room with two queen beds, but we only had two bath towels and one washcloth. Was told there was an extra charge for more towels. Crazy since our room was supposed to be for 5 people. The ice maker upstairs didn't dispense ice. The water fountain was out of order. Our remote control had tape holding in the batteries. The whole situation was comical, but at least the room was clean.

Many repairs are needed. Holes in the walls, smoke detector was missing, and bare wires were hanging down. The toilet ran all night.

The price was good for a quick overnight stay. You get what you pay for.

The shower was horrible. It had low pressure and was VERY short. I’m 5’10 and it hit me in my chest. My husband is 6’4’ and it hit him in his stomach. Also, the pool was advertised as open but it was not.

Our room had a water leak. When we took a shower the water leaked on the floor under the sink. The shower and toilet were separate.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. My only real complaint was there was not a coffee maker in the room but that could be due to COVID. There was coffee in the lobby and breakfast area so it was a minor inconvenience.

Washcloth over the fire alarm someone else's scocks in the dresser ,windows in both rooms broken and open couldn't close them, toilet broken ,mold on the coffee cups, door was hard to open and shut because of the bed being in the way and there not being a way to move the bed, spray paint or something on the body mirror , headboard broken and not on the wall , Holes in the wall

I would say I did not like anything there except for the parking as there was plenty of it because they had very few guests.

Based on how filthy everything was, I was fairly certain that I would never be able to stomach a breakfast there.

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

No light bulb in lamps, nobody at front desk, had to call from cell phones to get help at front and then had to wait. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Insufficient shower curtain, had holes and no liner! Filthy, bedding had holes and stains, floor was nasty and the lady that does the breakfast was rude!!! Not a good neighborhood and I didn't feel very safe or secure. Would NEVER stay at this disgusting place again!! And the price for what I got in an empty place was ridiculously expensive!! A dumpster would be better!!!

Smoking room was the only thing that was positive. Everything else was bad!

Staff wasn't as friendly or helpful, 9am knocked my door asking me what time I'm going to check out, I couldn't have access to the wifi connection, I tried several times with the password they gave me.

The whole reason I booked this “cheap” hotel was because it was the only one I could find that had a jacuzzi tub. my husband is a larger disabled gentleman and he needed to soak in an hot bath, not only were the handles, the faucet and the drain stopper loose, the tub was barely holding water, we were suggested to “clog the drain with a bag full of water” and then I was charged $50 more than the booking.com website said the room was going to be. The room was in poor condition, the paint was chipping off the walls, the grout was coming out and dirty.. there was a burn hole in the sheet.. there was rust around the drain… oh and I found a used condom wrapper in the couch..

The girl at the front desk was really nice
