Got room with whirlpool tub, but it was dirty at check-in, had to have housekeeping come clean it. Parking was a mess!! Private event during check-in, so half of main parking lot was blocked off, had to park across the street, where most parking spots had fencing, and metal spikes on the ground. Main parking spots at hotel were still blocked off and available when we checked out.

The fee for parking. The lack of breakfast. There is an IHOP in the building and the hotel offers guests a small discount there.

We stayed in a high-up room with a view of the falls in the distance. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. There was lots of storage. The large bathroom was clean. We paid more than we would normally but it was for the view and the central location. Walking to the falls was easy - about a 10 minute walk.

I am surprised that the four-star hotel with such a high price does not even have a glass and wine opener and essential equipment in the room, and when I ask the reception for a glass or knife or forks, they say that we do not have them. The sports club has rusty and ancient equipment and is not suitable for a four-star hotel with such a high price.

Hotel store only open on Saturday. Bathroom is not functional: Had huge soaking tube that took up too much space with doors that opened into bedroom; not enough counter area for toiletries for more than one person, no magnified lighted mirror, 2 ppl can’t use mirror at same time, only sink was slow to drain, old ceramic tile grout needed deep cleaning for blackened areas. No outlet source by nightstands to plug in cell. No clock for quick time reference.

Location to all activities. Food options inside hotel. Friendly staff. Room view for falls was great. Room came with refrigerator and microwave. Bottled water was complimentary. Bed was comfortable.

The pool is a much need relief for my aching and aging body after a day of walking and more. With 30 minutes remaining before closing, the last thing I would expect is a pool full of high-strung, disrespectful kids running amok of the place while their parents did nothing. Please limit children under 16 to before 8 pm only. Us adults do need some peace and quiet time as well. The air conditioning unit was malfunctioning and could not get the temp to go down to the thermostats settings.

Loved the location, its access to so many wonderful venues, and access to a pool and gym. A couple of points to make, the parking is a little steep, but understand the reason. What I do not understand is how a big-name hotel would not offer a breakfast option as this will likely be a deal breaker next time had it not been for the breakfast buffet across the street.

The bathroom in my room was a little dirty,pee was on the seat already and the staff initially said they had no rooms available although I was booked to stay there through a direct reservation from the Marriott .I had to find a different hotel for the first night and come back for the second reservation through booking.com.the staff wasn’t helpful at all and rude.

The last minute changed to a hotel that I am not familiar with. They invited us to use the swimming pool and exercise room at the Four point hotel but it is kind of far so I didn't end up using it.

I didn't stayed at Sheraton four points. They relocated me to the Towel hotel.

Room was not at all as described on Booking.com. Property blamed Booking.com. Booking.com blamed hotel and was not willing to work with me at all about successful resolution. I actually don't know who to believe but will not use Booking.com again based on this incident and lack of concern by customer care.

Convenience of not having to go outside in icy conditions. Easy indoor access to casino, new olg stage, parking and many restaurants. Comfortable beds, large rooms and great view of falls. All staff we interacted with were first class!

I didn't like that it was hard to get hot water i the shower and jacuzzi. I was also a little put off that the lady that checked us in was kind of pushy with saying next time we book a stay we should book directly with the hotel website and not a third party site.

I liked how friendly the staff was, how warm and inviting the room was, the bed was so comfortable. I also like how clean the hotel was.

We could see the the top of Horseshoe falls from our room, but an even better view of the multi story car park opposite, better description of room would be "car park view room"
