However there is a second building for all the unfortunates guests. This unit certainly doesn't meet the building codes necessary for a 3 star hotel in Switzerland. Room height under 2,3m, no fire alarm/deterrents, no emergency exit lights and above all 0 noise insulation.

The main building is actually nice (although dated) and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The owner is helpful and friendly. The area is peaceful, very clean and relaxing. The bus stop is very close. Free parking spots near the hotel but I'm high demand.

As always with everything in Switzerland, price is on high side. Breakfast could be more extensive. Somewhat outdated though well maintained, functioning and clean.

A fan should have been provided as the room got very hot during the day.

The location is fantastic in quaint little town overlooking the lake. The breakfast was plentiful and had choice available.

The room do not have air conditioning or a fan maybe. Its soo hot.. my family felt like sleeping in an oven.

There was a change in the room, When booked it was apartment but it was filled when we arrived so we got another holiday stay home.. This holiday stay home was not cleaned properly... below the cot there was stinky dust and was not cleaned 3rd person had to sleep on the sofa and linen to sleep was not provided. Treatment was not at good initially as we were brown people.

The selection at breakfast was a bit lacking and could have had more offerings. The stafff seemed overwhelmed and the service in the morning was not so great.

We go an amazing room on the second floor in the front of the building and the views were spectacular. We really enjoyed sitting on our balcony. It was private and a good size with a table and two chairs.

The location on the mountain is stunning, however it’s best if you have a car with you.. Staff is very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable!

Elevator was small.

Owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Daily breakfast buffet was very good and everything we ordered from the dinner menu was excellent.

Well I’m a very tall person. I was a little bit too tall for the bed at 1.98. But the bed was amazingly comfortable. This is not a complaint just advice. :)

This was the most unexpectedly pleasant stay I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. The owners have hearts of gold and are quite social and welcoming.Glad to meet everywhere that I did from our stay.

walls are very thin, especially from the bathrooms - you could hear everytime the room next door was flushing or taking a shower.
