Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesShower looked like it could use a scrub. Didn't have much of a view. Saw mostly roof tops and the parking area that you have to pay $35 that's located across the street. $70 for valet parking.
It was not far from the falls. We walked and was there in 10 mins. Was upgraded to a room with a Jacuzzi from management.

CanadaIn the booking ad it stated it was $35 a night to park. When I got to the property I was told it was $50 to park on property or $35 to park in a lot across the street. I only budgeted to spend $35 a night so I ended up in the lot across the street. This posed a bit of a challenge getting my infant (in his stroller) and disabled mother to and from the car
I loved the fact the hotel was connected to other hotels and the casino through walkways. It was extremely hot while we stayed so it was nice to be able to take my infant and disabled mother for walks without worrying about either overheating

CanadaI dont like that the rooms don't have microwaves, the blinds are also not black out, if you're on lower level city side it's very bright in the room at night, makes it hard to sleep.
I like the location of the hotel, and all of the amenities. Lots of things to do.

CanadaIt was the eve of Christmas 2023 we checked - in and after midnight there have a firw alarm in the hotel which really not a nice day for wvwrybody for us esp. I have my small children. But it's a good thing the niagarra forefighyers are very good to fi ish the problem so they are dine after 15 mins. Thank you for an immidiate response. I hope whenever people are checking-in & being so drunk I hope ypu huus bw responsible. Just saying ....
The property has all the anenities we need. They have an arcade ,restaurant,nearby foodcourt and a shirt cut going to the falls.
