Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

CanadaThe room was not cleaned properly did not have turned down service unless you called Front desk. Last day the breakfast was half empty..no eggs no bacon no hash browns ..staff on the front desk was not really paying attention on the detail..and somehow get used to their job as a ritual basis.. meaning you don't dig deeper to the concerns of the clients..you have to really listen..ask the guest room number greet the guest..So.when you start the conversation you can have a better outlook of the concern..Only Fei in the front desk staff did a great job when it comes to proper customer service...You just give all the compensation to the guest and still will be angry about it.People didn't realize that you can put anybody in the front desk and you can basically teach them the basic things there like printing doing key card handling payments...all this can be thought but not all have the ability to really listen not all have the empathy to the guest..not all are equipped and have ability to resolve the issue...for me that is the main reason why front staff are there... otherwise we can just start doing artificial intelligence to do checking in and checking out... printing keys etc It's the people interaction that makes the difference...machine can't feel people do...kudos to Fei this gentleman did a great job..not only for providing and offering compensation but he really listen to my concern....
The pool and specific staff in the front desk named Fei a Chinese origin.he handles out concerns in very good manners..he extended his apology regarding various issues of the room and breakfast buffet..

CanadaNot that I didn’t like, more so the pool areas looked visibly worn with rust and water bubbles coming from the ceiling leaking water. Despite that, I took my son to the pools washroom (girls) and it was not gross. That’s important to me as it’s a wet area and can be extremely disgusting. That I appreciated. So great work
