This was the jewel in our whole 2 week trip! Loved its location and this old Spanish property was meticulously taken care of. The spa … the breakfast room… Wow! We need to come back!!!

- was not possible to start AC, air was a bit damp in the room - noise insulation in room was poor

- nice and spacious room, freshly renovated, high ceiling and nice little balcony - wonderful garden area, well kept - pool was nice and big enough to swim some laps, enough sunbeds -very close to wonderful bay with sunset and restaurants

The bathroom felt a bit dated, and the shower curtain meant that we flooded the bathroom a couple of times!

The pools and grounds of the hotel are lovely. The building itself has lots of history and is really interesting. The buffet breakfast had good choice with a nice outdoor terrace. Great location 5 mins walk from Port de Soller beach, but the hotel feels really peaceful.

We loved our stay but one thing that we feel could be improved are the beds & cushions 🛌 they are quite uncomfortable: we stayed in the standard room , so I’m not sure if they are the same in the suites etc .

Beautiful hotel and wonderful setting 🌳 in lush green gardens. Facilities are great with tennis 🎾 courts, spa and lovely staff. Great spot if you like hiking or cycling . The port is so nice , such a lovely part of Mallorca. We would like to go back someday for sure .

Nothing apart from the presence of kids toward the end of our week. Es Port had a feel of an adults only hotel for 5 days. Unfortunately, our last night was spoiled by kids from the room above shouting & scraping room furniture loudly!! But overwhelmingly fab!

We loved the park - like setting, the comfortable beds, the friendly & attentive service, the relaxing spa and superb buffet restaurant.

Hottub was broken. Bathroom is getting old and showing signs of aging. Poor water pressure in shower.

As in most hotels, its nearly impossible to book a massage because all the slots are occupied. The shower mechanism in our room was faulty and You couldnt really set a temperature You needed. It went from nice and warm to ice cold and then to boiling without any warning or instruction from us. Quite irritating and possibly dangerous if You were to have a small child taking a shower.

Located on large, well maintained grounds with a historic building converted into the main reception area. Plaesant ambience of the whole compund. High quality finishings. Very decent breakfast offer. Two great tennis courts. Located right by the bay but far enough to escape the noise of the main promenade.

The mattress on the bed was very hard, which made for quite an uncomfortable night. The room could do with some modernisation and the walls were quite thin.

Couldnt fault it. My only complaint is that I already tried to book again fro next year and it appears much more expensive. I will wait and hopefuly get a last minute deal!

Location was exceptional. It is right in teh heart of Port De Soller which is a pretty bustling harbour town. Yet it is surrounded by trees and its own very private grounds. You wlakout the gate and you are 1 minute from the harbour and the water. Terrififc!
