It is starting to show some wear. Some furniture needs replacing. Some corners could use brisker cleaning. Not all staff is on the same page.

Location is good. Staff is nice. Rooms are adequate. Restaurant is decent. Overall a good place to stay. You don’t run into many other gringos here.

Lack of soundproofing to the corridor. Lift out of order. Shower head needs replacing or cleaning. Cleaning, including of sheets and towels could be better.

Pillows weren’t so confortable. Other guests can get very loud and there seems to be no noice cancelling elements in the room. Maybe you can include a small fridge in the room.

The lock at the door of my room often didn't work. I had to go to the reception to reprogram the entry card. There was no curtain for the glasstones to the inner area. This made me warke up to early.

The best was the restaurant. The waiters were verry friendly. Also, the persons at the reception were very helpful

Quite noisy room. I could hear everything going on outside my room, especially when people were talking and kids were running outside the hallway. No other window besides the one facing the hallway. Not all receptionists speak English, despite the fact that the hotel is in the middle of a tourist area.

A slightly better choice for breakfast and also as a solo traveller I did find in the mornings I would be served and then forgotten for those tables who had more. Also felt that I was placed at a table in the window which while I enjoyed people watching it did mean I could be overlooked.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The room was cleaned every single day of my stay and the staff were very helpful. I had dinner twice in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the service of a very high standard. Checking in and out was simple. The breakfast was ok.

Breakfast is good but does not include any hot chocolate for the kids, which does not make sense.

Location is excellent, rooms spacious and not noisy despite of being in the corner. Includes Parking which is positive considering that in the Historic center car is not needed at all.

A very good hotel located a few blocks from the main square. Clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet area. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

I have no complaints about the hotel or the staff. In the restaurant attached to the hotel where breakfast is served there was an older waitress whom I just did not care for.

The hotel is about 5 blocks from the center of town (The Zocalo). You walk out the front door, turn left and walk three blocks, then you turn right and walk two blocks and you are at The Zocalo. Not too far but, if it's raining or cold, it may seem like a bit of a hike.

I was not crazy about the area around the hotel. it did not feel super safe.

it was a lovely hotel. it had a really elegant restaurant and the rooms were good. The staff was lovely and very helpful and the parking was very convenient and secure. The only issue was that the area around the hotel was a little rough. Did not feel super safe walking around the hotel at night.

the breakfast is pretty good. you get a few choices of nachos, scrambled eggs and bacon, something I didn’t try and pancakes (they were super dry) it’s a restaurant so no buffet which is fine but what is annoying is there are so many staff walking around and they must favour the customers rather that the hotel guests and the service is just annoyingly slow. beds are small, there’s 2 of them but I’d prefer one big bed we could actually share.
