Way to much Chlorine in the pool, it burned our eyes just sitting there and the kids started not feeling good. Once we got out that pool area they were fine.

Didn't like having to pay an extra 250.00 for incidentals. You do get it back but if you don't have the money to pony up which I didn't that could be hard.

I made very little use of the facilities. The breakfast was good. Covid changes alot. My room was a King Size Bachelor Suite. No glasses were in the room. Staff helped by going into the breakfast room and letting me get some paper cups. If there were empty rooms why were the glassware not brought from those rooms. Front staff were very helpful and friendly and endeavoured to meet my needs. Rooms were not clean because of COVID I understand but for the price I got a clean room to sleep in.

Mouldy shower curtains, loose tile and grout in bathroom, scum around the pool, it was clear that the pool area/floor had not been cleaned all day, horrible coffee ( in room and at the breakfast) This was the most I paid for a hotel in 2 years, I was expecting much better than this.

There were only 2 towels for 4 guests. The bathroom fan could not be turned on. Check-in was done partially because rhe payment system was disrupted. Pool is very noisy with all the kids, and very small. Air conditioning is noisy. Fridge has no freezer compartment (we prefer to keep frozen bottles instead of buying ice which melts into water...)

Positives: Good breakfast choice. Clean and modern room and corridors. Quality shampoo and soap. Plenty of parking. Effective air conditioning. Nice pool slide for kids.

Jacuzzi tub was fantastic. It was definitely the highlight of my wife's trip, I think she spent probably 6 hours in the thing. Room was also well soundproofed so we felt completely on our own for the first time in a while.

The Breakfast was ok but there was a lot of issues. a lot of the time the food was finished, we did not have utensils or the milk was sour. we had to call and wait for staff to fix it. Ons morning there was no hot water and food was not ready at 7am

The room was very nice and clean and staff was helpful. We enjoyed the pool with he waterslide.There was enough parking.

The main entry light didn’t work. The fan, A/C, Heater didn’t work, no hand soap in the bathroom. Noise above all night as if someone was moving furniture.

The mini fridge in room 201 didn't work at all. Possibly even warmed things a little, spoiling some medicine. And the pool was unusable due to the amount of chemicals used. Just being in the area would make you choke and eyes burn. Causing our 10 year old to go back on inhalers. There was so much chemical that it turned his hair green and caused mild skin burns on myself. When you have a child at the hotel the most important part of that stay becomes the pool. This was disappointing and we had to find other things to do in the area to entertain him. This already $500 stay ran an extra $200 as a result. I believe that a family stay should come with a heads up if there is an issue with the facilities. There were multiple complaints at the front desk regarding the issue and no one seemed happy with any sort of resolution.

Location was good.check in was ok. There was confusion about a second bed or pull out.

The only thing we didn’t like is in the pool area, it felt like the chlorine was a bit strong. I think the pool area needs better ventilation. We ended up not using the pool a lot coz the kids were coughing a lot while we were at the pool.

We got the hotel because of the pool for the kids and they could only use it for 2 hours because the chemicals were to strong and they broke out and when they accidentally breath some in they were coughing and threw up

Bed wasn't very comfortable, made my back hurt. The chemicals in the pool and hot tub were so intense, it burned my eyes. The walls and floors must be made out of paper. My daughter accidentally dropped something at 11pm and we instantly got a call from front desk stating the people downstairs complained.
