My room was next to the hotel laundry room so I could hear quite a bit of noise from that room. Luckily the noise lasted only for a bit and not the whole day.

I liked being able to park the car right outside the room making loading/unloading of suitcases very easy. The hotel was close to supermarkets and a Tim Hortons. Staff was very friendly.

The room lighting is not good and you cannot leave the windows open because the room is located on the ground floor, people would see you inside. The towels are old.

The staff was kind and helpful. Free parking, comfortable bed, room was quiet and spacious. The location is perfect.... it's not very close to attractions, but it's easy and fast to get there. There are some stores close by and restaurants too.

Walls not insulated well. U could hear doors closing & microwave bell going off. Water running. Light from next property shining in from window over air conditioner.

The TV had limited number of channels and at maximum volume it was difficult to hear. When the system was shut down the TV stayed on indicating 'no signal'. Unplugged it to sleep.

Easy access off a main street. Parking was well assigned to the room. No breakfast but close to restaurants. Very clean for an older facility and quite quiet. There was a microwave and refrigerator.

1) Poor Wi-Fi. Internet speed is very slow. 2) Ceiling light very dim; and table lamp didn't work.

1) Good location. Not within the noisy hustle bustle of the downtown core ~ yet not far (just 5 minutes away). 2) Absolutely great staff. Very welcoming, kind, polite, friendly, eager to do small talks (especially the Manager, Mr. Rahim). 3) Well appointed rooms. Mine was a 'queen', had a LCD TV with Netflix, small dinning table with coffee maker, free local telephone, desktop alarm system (which works!), enough toiletries and linen AND color matched décor within the room. 4) Room was spotlessly clean and fresh. It was also kept sanitized. 5) Room was kept chilled, A/C 'on' when we entered. Thoughtful of the management! It was 33°C outside. 6) The property has enough parking space. 7) Tim Hortons right in front. 24/7 drive thru. 8) Pioneer gas station right in front. 24/7 open. 9) Petro Canada Car Wash (24/7 open) just 2km away (behind the property). 10) Freshco next door. Dominos Pizza 2km away. Walmart 3km away. All Westwards.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The rooms were very clean and the laundry perfectly fresh. Room rate was spot on for what we needed and it was a very short and easy drive down into downtown Kingston. Perfect for a short stay while in town.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly. Lawn mowing with too much noise was going on after 9:00pm.

No curtain on the window in the washroom that's facing retail plaza walk/driveway and everyone passing can look inside. No washroom ventilation: lots of steam and humidity after taking a shower.

The cleanliness was unexpectedly way higher than in most of the motels at this price in Canada (unfortunately, that's the situation in Canada in comparison to the States).
