The hot water for bathing didn’t last long and the blanket for the single bed wasn’t warm enough

The location is perfect as it is located at a quiet street and very close to the Colosseum which is gorgeous. It was amazing to have a view of the Colosseum whenever we passed by. It took us 10 min-walk to the metro station and a few minutes to the bus stop. We ate food and gelato at the nearby restaurants. You can also buy groceries and food at a nearby 24-hr supermarket. It is valued to book such an apartment in a great location

A truly great location, a few steps from the Colosseum, the Forum and Palatine hill, and easily walkable to other breathtaking sites eg the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon - with so many lesser-acknowledged sites in between. Some gorgeous restaurants, bars and breakfast options within a few minutes and a safe, quiet neighbourhood. We also wanted to make special mention of our host, Patrizia, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The bathroom is a bit tight and the beds could be a bit more comfortable but both of these things are totally manageable.

Everything was excellent, Patrizia, the owner is super accommodating, knowledgeable and gives good advice on things to do around the city. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The check in and check out were both super easy. The location is just amazing!- a short walk from the colosseum and lots of good restaurants.

There is no air conditioner in the room. If you leave the window open it could be ok at night, but the residence is by the street and on the ground floor, and the noise could be a problem. Dark rooms, with little light.

The location was very good, 5 minutes walk to Coloseum. The owner was nice, and ready to help with informations if needed. The room are basic but clean and with comfortable beds.

Sometimes WiFi was slow

Bed was amazing, really comfortable!!! And location was close to all important stuff in ROME. Patricia the owner is so good, she will give you all good advices about where to eat, what to see, even how to get from airport to the hotel. :)

Great place to stay in Rome. The location is perfect. Quiet and peaceful street near the ideal center. The hosts are super friendly. BIG Thank you, we'll defenetely stay in your hotel again if we're coming to Rome soon.

There was no window or vent in the toilet so the bathroom and room got humid and smelly quickly. There were also signs of mould in the bathroom. Duvet and cushions weren't very clean. The room furniture could be more functional as it was quite chunky and there wasn't much space for the hand luggage.

The host was super nice and welcoming although a bit late for letting us in. She gave us recommendations for food and itinerary and was extremely responsive. The location was excellent, a short walk from the Colosseum and bus and metro stops. The bed was quite comfortable. Bedsheets were clean and the free water and drinks plus access to the kitchenette were a nice touch. The stay was overall good

it’s a semi-basement. From the window you can see the wheels of the cars parked right outside. There is mold all over the room and the smell is the worst for your health. we didn’t have wifi through out our stay. It was not traceable. sheets were never changed and we stayed for four nights.

- WIFI was braking all the time - TV was not working.. We've tried to watch Roland Garros, but there was not TV during our stay (4 nights). - Host texted us, that for all the inconvenience we will get invitation to the restaurant, however it never happened.

Colosseum B is in the perfect location, close to colosseum, bus and metro station. Host was helpful, gave us information about the suburb and good restaurants around. Additional router WiFi was provided by Host after few complains about the quality of internet.

It looks much better in the pictures. In fact, the premises are located in the basement. They are moist, dark and small. Did not want to stay in them.

very nice location it was a nice room unfortunately we had some miscommunication and the room wasn’t ready when we arrived but Patrizia took care of it and she was awesome, she was really helpful throughout the entire stay

It was a bit noisy since it is right next to the street.

The property has an amazing location. Colosseum is right at the corner and there is no problem to walk to other monuments.
