Staff was not very helpful or pleasant. Pillows were like paper. I understood two breakfast meals came with the room I paid for but when you have a third person (a child) who eats a danish and glass of water then they should charge for that. NOT for a full breakfast at $18.95

The restaurant is awesome!! The beds are so comfortable! Relax in a hot tube or bath, and go swimming with family or friends. Plus very fast service

I stayed at this property 4 times. Every time other than the first time has been a disappointment. My partner and I chose the Hilton Garden Inn because it is close to WEM. However, due to the un-cleanliness, and poor service from the staff I will never book this hotel again. During our second stay, there was shaved body / facial hair left all over the wall of the shower from the previous guest which wasn’t clean (the manager could care less and very forcefully offered me 50% of that night - my partner already had showered in the shower in that condition to notice it after - the bath tiles are beige and we’re hard to notice without glasses on). During our third stay, I forgot my shoes in the room. I reached out to the hotel and they said the shoes are not in the room and are not in their lost and found, the supervisor I spoke to said he cannot get a hold of the housekeeper who cleaned our room that morning and the hotel had hired new staff and are still unsure of their honesty (which totally caught me off guard), I was 100% certain I left my shoes in the room beside my bed, so the supervisor offered the next night of my accommodation free because I was coming up again the next weekend and they had no idea where my shoes went. I accepted the offer because there was nothing I could do at that point. The supervisor emailed me a reservation change to accommodate my first night and I accepted through my email. Two hours later, I receive a call from the supervisor and said they got a hold of the housekeeper and she had my shoes, and that she’ll be bringing it back to the hotel for me to pick up….. he was very not pleased to provide me this response nor was I to hear. No guest at a hotel wants to hear their forgotten belongings was “brought” back to someone’s home then returned?

No daily room cleaning is more of a way to have to pay for less staff than it is a “health” concern. The 3 bulbs in my bathroom were burnt out, no Kleenex and had to request more coffee and cups (they provide two I was there for 4 nights). Breakfast was expensive $15 for two fried eggs with bacon and toast and thought it was included - it wasn’t. Not sure I will stay here again. The Doubletree up the street is far nicer and has better beds, linens and rooms.

Our room was next to roof fans and it got so noisy at night. Sadly the windows were not sound proof and we didn't get a good sleep. The next day we told the staff.. all they said was we apologize the hotel is full to move you anyway.

The staff that check in was nice and friendly. Very nice, clean and spacious room.
