Great location 5 min walk to beach. Open foyer with bar and restaurant looking out towards street always where there is always something going on. Good food. Pool was small but great view out towards beach. Clean rooms

At the beginning when i came to the reception, the people wasn't very nice. It looked like they are tired of people coming to check in.

Very comfortable location, close to the main walking street and there is everything i need around. Including market's and restaurant's. Small but clean and good room, with good smell. The pool is also small, but i didn't need bigger then that, because it comes with good view of the city.

Room amenities was not great. Shower did not work, and not repaired even after complaining. Balcony door did not work.

Location was amazing, walking distance to all food joints and party clubs and Parong Beach.

the window was just in front of a wall...zero view at all. the room was near something that each 30 minutes or so was producing a sound like an explosion.

The room was great. Big, with all amenities and toiletries. The location is great. Comfortable bed.

Great location, if you enjoy walking to the beach or to the bars. Since the hotel is located so centrally it is close to everything in Patong. The downside is that if you get a room with a view to the road it may be a bit noisy.

Staff were helpful and accommodating due to loss of key. Helpful at arranging transport to airport We got an upgrade - bigger room, bigger bed, big fridge, sofa etc... Pool was nice Restaurant was good

Unfortunately, Bookings.com charges more than the advertised price. You will also be charged an international booking fee of around $40.00. Wouldn't recommend it. Would recommend using other booking sites..

Very clean, good staff mostly in the reception girl name Junefar very good girl she always tries to help us and advise us , location is very good near the saw road and lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel and the hotel has a very good restaurant in the reception I like hotel style in the reception open area with the road you can sit and order food or drink and see people walk outside

Extremely accessible and a 2minute walk to the bustling Bangla street. Big rooms with excellent air con. Clean bathrooms and showering facility. Good quality sleep. Good bed. Very nice staff. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned and maintained everyday

Noting really but just some improvement ideas: The room 224 has one window directly close to the bed and the curtain is not fully covering the window as soon as the sun is up , you have the sun directly in your face. It would be good if there was a detachable string line in the room to allow to dry wet beach towels. Room 322 does not really have warm water.

The location is great, the rooms are quiet and good breakfast options.

Couldn't try the pool on the roof, because it was still closed at 9am although it should've been open from 8am. The TV remote wouldn't let me turn down the volume so after a small shock, I turned it off again. On the last day there was a really bad smell coming out of the bathroom so I had to forego shower in the morning and leave the room. Unfortunately there are also no double layer windows, so it's not recommended for light sleepers, then again you don't come to Phuket to sleep ;)

Overall a good hotel, friendly and helpful staff. A very comfortable bed to sleep on. The balcony is nice, only careful not to fully shut the door from outside, since there is no handle on the door, you will have some trouble opening it from outside if you don't have trained climber fingers. The bathroom is large and clean, I even got an upgrade to a room with a bathtub. I also liked the smell of shampoo and the shower gel. AC works fine. There was a huge refrigerator in the room. The cleaning staff isn't that thorough compared to other hotels I stayed at but the room is still very clean. Restaurant prices are fair and the food is good.
