bathroom fan was too loud and could not be switched off without switching the light off. jacuzzi/hot tub fan was very loud and needed repairs, could not be switched off without turning lights off. no glass ware in the room.

Hot water took forever , I actually thought we didn't have any. I found the bed not too comfortable. I couldn't get the temperature regulated very well. Too cold or too warm

I really enjoyed the breakfast included. I enjoyed the swimming pool. The view from our room was not too bad.

not being able to get extra pillows or blankets. was told that they were sold out as to why no extra pillows. The pillows we had were flat. tried extra towels to make more support. would also liked more access to hot food throughout day not just breakfast.

we liked the size of the suite, comfortable bed. having amenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and keurig coffee machine. The complimentary breakfast was great too

Towels for the swimming pool runout, and I had to find some while I was dripping cold. There is no place to hang up bathing suits, just dripping over the bathroom floor. They should install a hook or two in the bathtub.

hot tub needs some updating. its mostly steps. good thing we were the only ones in it when we were there.

The breakfast was very good,,,, but crazy busy when we were there about 9 am. the staff did their best to try to keep up. Might be helpful to do the breakfast till 11 on weekends, especially when they know there are people staying there for tournaments who all need to eat about the same time...

Location was pretty convenient, especially given the fact that I don't drive, so we just took an Uber in. There isn't a huge amount around given the hotel is located in a car park, but we only intended to stay in for those two days anyway so it worked quite well with what was available. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with check-in and out. Facilities were quite nice all around, just like our king room. Bed was super comfy!! But our favorite part, without doubt, was the stellar and DELISH breakfast. I may or may not have overdone it both mornings we were there... ;) 10/10 would book here again for the same kind of stay in/staycation style stay!

Some things are beyond the hotel's control. Disappointed that only treadmill was out of service, the cable TV was not hi-def, which was hard to watch hockey on. But generally a good stay.

The staff was phenomenal. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable, nice and firm and lots of pillows. Bathroom was very clean

The one thing I didn't really like is the pool area amenities. You just have 2 benches, one small and one a little larger, to sit on. When I get out of the pool, I like to dry off a bit by sitting down before returning to my room. I don't like 'dripping' in the elevator, etc. It would be nice if you considered putting a few chairs and/or tables in that area to 'dry off' at. Thank you.

The breakfast is great with lots of variety. I don't like sausages, so offering bacon everyday is wonderful. The location is very convenient.

originally check in was horrible considering they double booked my room but after 30min of stress the figured it out. the jet rub was so dirty I had to actually clean it I mean I always do a quick cleaning of it before use but this was an actual dirty tub including a few long hair's in it for bonus

The jacuzzi pump wasn't working. The morning staff seemed liked he was overwhelmed by the work he was doing.

Extremely comfortable beds. The night staff were very pleasant and efficient. Breakfast had a great variety including different sausages and eggs.
