There was no Microwave in the room, the microwave on the floor near the elevator was missing the spin plate.

We liked the cleanliness of the room and resort. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Check in was easy so was check out. They also weren't rude because I spoke English and not French.

Super clean, friendly, felt safe (covid measures were great), it was quiet, bed was comfortable, convenient location. Would definitely stay there again. Loved that there was a starbucks and an SAQ, and restaurants and shops within walking distance. It felt like I had the place to myself!

In fact i cannot think of anything that would spoil my stay there , but just for the sake of replenishing this section here are some points that would be nice to have: - the hotel is located in rather "empty" area, so there is no way to walk around. Nothing but shopping centers/ groceries. There is no "nice looking old city center" nearby. - the hotel pool is rather small. For us it was more or less OK, but it works by reservation only and for one family only. I cannot imaging what would be there if there were several families - television does not have EPG (program guide) (or I did not find it) so you have to just list through all channels to find something interesting. -the hotel is rather big but it seems that there are just two elevators. Now it was rather empty so for us it was perfect, but being fully loaded I guess that it will be crowded in the lifts.

The hotel is new so all facilities work impeccably and the cleanliness is on the top level. The reception, fitness center and cafeteria are organised in an convenient and effective way. The staff is very welcoming. The hotel is situated in quite a quiet place so no issues with the noise. The room is bug, has proper zoning and convenient facilities (queen room with two queen beds). There is a bikepath nearby. Beds and temperature settings are quite comfortable.

Heating system is not ideal, we have always felt that air is blowing onto us, either warm or cold air and we could not stop the fan. One day we came back and the door was open and I reported it right away. The towels were changed, but otherwise room was not cleaned .

I didn't like that there was no duvet on the bed. I didn't like that the outside entrance to the hotel was dirty. This was not a relaxing stay.

At 21 degrees, I was freezing cold because the blanket on the bed was so flimsy. There were no extra blankets in the room. The receptionist was not answering the phone. My husband had to get dressed, go downstairs and search for the receptionist who was washing the floors to get an extra blanket.

Very disappointed that the swimming pool was not open. I was traveling for my mother’s Celebration of Life. My husband, daughter, and granddaughter traveled with me. The pool would have been lovely. Everyone packed a swimming suit. Very disappointing also that our air conditioning unit was not working properly. Would start and then stop. Called the front desk but nothing seemed to resolve the problem.

The fan in the bathroom did not work. The toilet did not flush properly. They need to fix these maintenance issues. It was noisy and you could hear the cars from the highway.

The price isn't worth it. We paid 250$ per night for a suite for our wedding night and asked the room be cleaned between the two nights, which it was not. We specified we were there for our wedding and the hotel didn't do anything special, which was a little disappointing.

The room smelled liked mould - I let the from desk know and they provided me with a toxic smelling air freshener that simply covered up the mould smell, but not completely. The room was not as clean as past experiences and we stayed for 5 days, no housekeeping was provided. I put a pile of towels (we have small kids and they were swimming) in the hallway to trigger cleaning. Did not work. The towels sat there for two days until I complained to the front desk. The breakfast is not great, okay to grab a yogurt on the go. This hotel was new and in great shape, I suggest a review before things go down the drain.

Bathroom and room were extremely dirty and not cleaned all. Hair from previous customers all over room and bathroom, dusty bedroom, sticky and smelly toilet, and soap scum all over bathroom walls and tub. Asked to move to a different room and that was equally dirty. Breakfast was very limited and disappointing - bread was not fresh, and barely any options. Pillows were uncomfortable and bedroom door was extremely creaky. Night staff informed us manager would be there next day but morning staff said he doesn’t come in today. Lies! Also maid informed us in morning that she doesn’t deep clean bathrooms. So sad to hear this especially during COVID and rising monkeypox cases!!

Hotel is right next to major highway so I had trouble sleeping because of the traffic noise. I travelled with kids so two things were extremely important to me, nice pool and good breakfast. Unfortunately both of these were a disappointment. The pool was small, not very clean and could only be reserved for half an hour. Breakfast was a major let down, no omelettes, bacon, boiled eggs, pancakes or fruits. There were just two kind of sausages, which my kids didn’t like at all. So we just had toasts and corn flakes for breakfast.

Hotel is clean, parking is no problem and rooms are fair size. Plenty of eating options nearby.

Disappointing: We had booked a King Bed, offered only 2 Queens. Brusque evening desk clerk said no KIngs available despite our pre-booking and confirmation. Price was more than what we had booked for, despite not receiving what we expected in a King bed. The alarm clock in the room rang at 5am and 6am despite us not setting it. There was no directions available in the room to say how to work the 8-10 buttons and it was plugged into the wall well out of reach behind the second bed. In the morning we were shooed out of the dining room rudely with no breakfast despite the fact we have 2 vaccines and the documents to prove it. There was no one else in the dining room. Overall many disappointments. The only bright spot was the very service-oriented young desk clerk in the morning but nothing she could do about the disappointments. Holiday Inn will not be on our list in the future
