Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceThe hotel advertises a free shuttle service to the airport I arrived late in the Middle of the night and car rental counters were closed So I took a taxi to the hotel Next morning I asked for the shuttle to go back to the airport to get my rental car The hotel declined to provide transport as I was not checking out I thought that was poor form

CanadaHard to get out of the parking lot to go where I wanted. I had to exit onto the street and do a u-turn father down the street to head in the direction I needed to go.
Nice beds and bathroom. It had underground parking. Staff was efficient and friendly. Didn't try the breakfast but it sounded good as it is from the restaurant.

Canadaonly limited options for gluten free/celiac breakfast. just a suggestion, maybe add a hot chocolate for the Keurig machines in room,
the toiletries in dispensers were a resourceful and environmentally friendly the building had several fire safe features - the stair cases, the balconies, the suite was large, spacious and I loved the large table for six to have a family meal really enjoyed the fish tanks in the elevators (except for the dead fish in one of them, oops) room service meal was quick, efficient and delicious laundry room was clean and sufficient. (wish there was a change machine in the room)

Our room was overlooking Portage Avenue which my boys loved watching the cool cars and emergency vehicles. Walking distance to whatever we needed. Housekeeping/maintenance staff were great. Front desk as always helpful with everything.
