We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaKids screaming, slamming doors and playing in the hallways at all hours of the night and parents not really doing anything about it. I travelled with my 5 year old and she was even disturbed from all the noise. Elevators are very small and took a long time to get one with space.

CanadaThe lack of restaurant or breakfast options, it is currently under construction. The elevator was a bit nerving to have to deal with. I overheard a lot of other guests express that opinion as well. These are all just minor conveniences though.
How close it was to Clifton Hill. How easy the staff made check in for us. The view of the American Falls was really nice and the kids enjoyed that view along with the view of Clifton Hill. It is a prime spot location wise.

CanadaThere was construction that started early (7am) but they notified me at the time of booking so I knew before I arrived. Access to the front entrance was blocked off so only the rear entrance was in use during working hours. Off-site parking is a couple of blocks away but less than a 5-min walk.
The location was fantastic. Just steps to a lot of restaurants as well as all the rides on Clifton Hill, which leads right down to the Falls. The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

CanadaI’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times now and my only complaint ever is they need to upgrade the mattresses. It’s like sleeping on a box spring they are so stiff. For the price on and off day let alone the price at peak season. You have everything going for you, just update the mattresses !

United KingdomThe hotel is a bit rowdy: children jumping and screaming in neighbouring rooms and guests hollering to each other in the corridors. Only two elevators, which are also used by housekeeping staff, resulting in very long waits. The view was of the car park. No shower gel in the bathroom. Ongoing construction work.

IranHowever, there were several issues. There was no breakfast provided, and its two elevators were insufficient for servicing the 10 floors and the number of rooms and guests in the hotel. When we called reception at 11 PM asking for two bottles of water, we were told it was not possible as they didn't provide room service at that hour.Furthermore, despite informing them during check-out that we would return after the eclipse and were willing to pay the additional fees for a late check-out, the hotel repeatedly called to inquire about our departure time. It was only when we explicitly mentioned coordinating with their colleague in the morning and agreeing to pay the extra charges that the calls stopped. It seemed there was a lack of communication and coordination among the staff across shifts.Ultimately, during the final check-out, the hotel manager waived the late check-out fee, acknowledging the high price we had paid for a one-night stay.
Our room, number 901, boasted a beautiful view of Niagara Falls and the street, perfect for witnessing the 2024 eclipse during our brief one-night stay. Despite being on the ninth floor, the noise from the street and various activities (especially the go-kart track) was quite bothersome. The room was delivered for check-in a bit earlier than usual, and it was very clean, tidy, and spacious.
