I wish we had the downtown view from our room window. I bad imagined lookong over the Skywheel and GoKart from room. Sadly, tbe photos showed that, but we got the exact opposite view. Which was the back side of the hotel.

The room could have been cleaner. The towels were tiny. Only 1 of our 2 beds were made up when we returned from our day and they took our 4 towels but only replaced them with 3. Need to train the cleaning staff better.

Dirty sheets (visible stains on both top and bottom sheets), water bottles that were complimentary were open and half drank by previous guests and not changed.

To Hotel was under construction. Although it was informed previous by the hotel. No problem since we were informed but would love to try the pool and restaurant.

All facilities were very accurate to the listing. Staff was very helpful and polite. Location is excellent considering it is walking distance to most the attractions.

The sink being clogged. My husband and I didn't notice until we came back to the hotel later that evening. Every time you needed to wash your hands the water would back up and slowly drain out. We ended up just using the shower area the brush our teeth and wash our hands. We didn't inform the staff until checkout as we have young kids and didn't want to deal with the hassle of maintenace entering our room to fix the issue so late at night. We only stayed one night. Pretty sure the person who cleaned the room before we checked in had to of noticed this issue if they used the sink to clean that it was backing up.

The location!!!! The staff also being very accomodating in regards to my request of having the view of the falls for my children to watch the 8pm fireworks. Also, the check in staff(Dec 30-evening) was very friendly and helpful. Also, Dwayne was helpful in creating a parking spot at the hotel as all spots were taken :) This is my second stay. Will come again.

The heating system was very very loud, and kept us awake often through the night. The parking -we had been told at booking that parking was $15 onsite, as soon as we booked we were told it was $15 offsite and $25 onsite. Only a small issue, but it would be nice to know the actual costs before we booked.

The room was clean and ready for us on time. The location was perfect - right at the top of Clifton Hill and an easy walk to the falls. The staff were welcoming and very nice.

The rooms that we got are big enough for my family. Clean and looks new. As visitor from other province, they are impressed on their hotel experience. We will book again when all the renovations are finished.

Location of the hotel is excellent, being minutes away to all the attractions on Clifton Hills....hotels is minute from various restaurants. Hotel staff were courteous....Room and washroom were clean and well maintained....
