We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThere was some basic errors for a 650$ per night room. the fitted sheet didn’t fit the mattress & padding. The sheet slip off many times during the night, leaving us on a bare mattress making it gross and uncomfortable.
It’s a beautiful property in a stunning location.

CanadaBed very uncomfortable. Mattress too soft and uneven and bed squeaked when you moved. Beds at Windermere very comfy. Food prices much too high - especially for the very avarage quality. Chesterfield needs pillows as ends are too hard to lean against to watch tv.

CanadaWe had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurants within the hotel and the quality of the food was just meh, expensive and below standard. Also we were "accidentally" overcharged by $100 for dinner that we had at Teca. Had I not checked my bill at checkout I would have completely missed it. The charges were removed with a shrug when I pointed it out.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. The kids really enjoyed the game room.

CanadaI was celebrating my birthday with my husband & kids. My friends had called prior to our arrival to arrange for a bottle of prosecco and cheese tray to be delivered to my room. This didn't happen and it took alot for the staff to acknowledge that they screwed up and at times implied that this was delivered. I asked the hotel to reimburse my friend and offer an apology which took them several days to do. I left a message and sent an e-mail to the Manager of the property and didn't even receive the courtesy of a reply. Everyone makes mistakes, just take some accountable !
The grounds are beautiful and the staff for the most part was amazing. We ate dinner outside overlooking the water which is a spectacular view.

Canadajust the mattresses...
I asked for extra bed for my son and they provided it immediately but the mattress wasn't comfortable and it was so noisy. Also I expected to have more comfortable mattress on the king bed. Generally It seems that they need to upgrade all the mattresses. Food at the "The Deck" was so fresh and good but the food in the restaurant wasn't excellent. Our room didn't have hair dryer and after calling the house service 3 times they provided very poor hair dryer!!

CanadaNobody was disinfecting handles, elevator buttons, masks under nose and the most disgusting was when they gave me USED MARAHMELLOW STICKS FROM OTHER PEOPLE MOUTHS!!! The kids had to run bc a racoon came to the fire pir to eat garbage, overflowing garbage...Seagulls were all over at breakfast...

CanadaSeems that they are short in staff. Requesting stuff for the room took too long to be delivered. Staff was incredible but you could tell they just don’t have enough personnel. Our shower smell like mold and were signs of mold at the floor edges. (Not expected from a 5start hotel) we had to share a single tower to dey after shower between my kids and us because they towers never made it to our room till a very long time. When kids were already sleeping. Again i don’t think the staff fault. You could tell there was not enough personnel available. The kids splash area had some of their toys broken down or not working. One of them had a metal piece exposed to the kids make it easy to get hurt. So we avoid that area.
The location, there are activities for all ages, their beach and views.
