There was a lot of mold on the ceiling of one of the bathrooms, just a little bit of paint we go a long way, only one small pot worked on the induction element so it was hard to make pasta for example and the other portable elements did not work the best

That we had a loft with each bed on different level, beds were comfy, full size fridge, staff was nice, emptied the garbage every day, we had two bathrooms. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room with more space.

Older, Abit outdated, shower heads and drains could be cleaner/newer, heat was off when we got there and takes awhile to heat up the lofts in winter.

Tons of room in the lofts, comfy beds, pretty clean, full kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook for yourself, great staff, free wifi and breakfast (breakfast buffet was better pre COVID, but still not to bad)

Besides the major highway - need to keep windows closed to cut down the noise. Kitchenette was missing some cutlery-only 2 forks for 4 people.

Rooms looking a bit dated and had there been 4 of us not enough china / glasses in cupboards.

Comfortable beds with quality linen and towels. Relatively quiet as has outside walkways for access to all rooms. Great Restaurant - Milo's just next door.

It felt a bit grimy...things were clean enough but the old stale smoke smell and the molding in the bathrooms just made it feel they could have used a little bit more elbow grease in between guests. The breakfast was basic but had no flavor.

We stayed in the loft suite. The kids took the king bed and upstairs bathroom!!! Yes there were two! The place was very quiet for people noise but you could hear the highway. A breakfast was provided in the morning.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. When we called front desk he was quick to respond and come and check. He said it wasn't from smoking but the radiator(?) He brought some febreeze and sprayed . I still think it was cigarette smoke that permeated the room. Other than that , there is slight mold( black spots ) on the ceiling in the main bathroom which they should look into. The room is a great size and would be even better with some renos.

It was great to get an upgrade to a loft suite which was an awesome space for a family of four . The AC worked well and it was nice to have two bathrooms . Water pressure in showers were great. The Greek restaurant was good .

The loft was pretty warm - it would have been nice for another A/C in the loft. The showerhead was horrible in the loft bathroom. It took forever to get wet. That should be checked and changed frequently. We rented a kitchenette so that we could cook food during our 3 night stay, but the suite does NOT have a stove. They had a cooktop instead with two large fry pans, and one was warped. The pans were larger than the burners on the cooktop so we had to rely on the heat dispersing to the rest of the pan, which I don't believe we were getting enough heat from the cooktop. So I called the front desk to ask if they can give us a different cook top for the next day, of course they said yes. Later that evening when we returned the cooktop was not replaced, so I called front desk. Within 15min someone arrived at our door with a different cooktop, but it looked like it was just grabbed from a cellar. They didn't even clean it up before giving it to us, that was a real turnoff. Fortunately it gave off enough heat for the one fry pan. To sum up this cooktop situation: 1. if an Inn is going to choose not to put a stove in a kitchenette suite they need to make sure a person can effectively cook in the kitchen. The cooktop has two burners, but you can only use one because the pan is too big for a second pan, plus when you have a warped pan it will not disperse heat which makes it extremely difficult to cook. If there is no stove, supply a quality cooktop that will serve the purpose, and replace warped fry pans. 2. This was an opportunity for the lady at the front desk to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the new cooktop, and she failed by giving us a dusty/dirty replacement. 3. Everyone knows you pay more for a kitchenette suite, but I feel we did not get our money's worth in this area.

The room was very clean. I liked that they had a decorative sheet over top of the comforter, that way I know that it is getting washed after every guest. The room was spacious and the kids loved the loft. Also great that there is another bathroom in the loft. The rate was very reasonable.
