Kids club needs a revamp. Understand it was end of season but broken toys, swings and nothing for them to do only pay £18 for them to paint 2 tshirts on one day? Entertainment poor. Nothing for kids only 20mins of a disco and a magic show one night which we didn't see as started at 10pm too late for little ones. Few arcade machines on terrace but have to buy tokens, nothing good and silly prices

Rooms lovely, clean spacious better than expected. Grounds nice clean and we'll kept. Loved the drinks too and outside eating area for breakfast lunch and dinner. Location superb

Music too load for me after 9pm to Midnight. But that is just me.

Variety of Food. Food was okay for the price. Free Drinks all day. Snack bar open outside meal time. Excellent Location. Close to the beach, Market and Taxi stop. Entertainment from 9pm and Midnight so load music around that time.

Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay at Sun city Hotel. The staff were helpful and kind. Food variety and quality was nice. Facilities and location are great. We had a great vacation and we’d love to go back to Sun city hotel again.

The bathroom needs renovation, it wasn t so clean. At the private beach you pay for everything , drink and food..if we would have the possibility for some snacks to eat there included in the all inclusive menu. We had to go back at the hotel so it was unpleasant. Lunch time should be a bit longer maybe.

Nice personel, nice hotel a lot of trees , green area, the food had variety. We were with a one year old baby it was ok. It has a private beach and a shuttle til there

This hotel has a very beautiful garden, which offers you privacy on balcony even in such a big resort. Very good location near the main street and three minutes to the beach. Oludeniz beach is one of my favorite in the world. Crystal clear water, very comfy temperature even in October and soft wafes, that are big fun for kids. Hotel has its own beach club,where their own bus is taking you. It is very quiet and nice. For such a low price is it very great choice.

Lots of good food and drink options thru the day.. Play area and caretaker to keep kids busy. Activities for adults as well. Shuttle bus to private beach. Pool is very clean and enough space for everyone. Rooms are also spacious with daily cleaning. Staff is friendly.

Evening entertainment was a bit sporadic and was okay when it was on.

Photos didn’t do it any justice, was pleasantly surprised. Food was also above expectations. Very happy with it. Location is also fantastic.

Poor entertainment. One night a football match featuring a Turkish side was put up on the big screen, music was switched off and replaced with loud commentary just so that a couple of members of the entertainment team could watch it. We had no issue with the football being on but when we asked for a compromise to at least mute it and keep the music going the request was abruptly denied.

Uncomfy beds. Music by the pool way too loud, lack of ambience, waiters nice until they establish you're not tipping them, food not the worst but not great either - inconsistent. Entertainment crowd annoying but kids club lady was lovely

Location, convenient room beside playground for the kids, turkish night had great food, pool towels easy to find, strong air con, pretty outside for an all inclusive

Bathroom outdated but was ok. I would say 6-7/10 stars. And snack bar during the day for food, for drinks it was ok'ish you can get coffee's,juices,water etc.

This hotel exceeded our expectations specially if you have All Inclusive, the food is very good , lots of options for food, drinks and deserts, ice creams for kids, drinks( Efes beer and cocktails) all day until midnight etc. The snack bar beside the pool wasn't so great but between 10-12 pm you can get a snack again, make your own burger, chips, salads etc. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking to beach and 2-3 minutes to all the shops and local handmade shops, they do lots of amazing stuff over there. The stuff was very helpful all the time and the cleaners as well, some don't speak english but would come back to you very quick with somebody else that does. Also they have an entertaining team with shows every night for kids and adults, during the day competitions around the swiming pool , darts, table tennis, pool etc. It was a great week all together. The reception always helpful if you need something. They also have a shuttle bus to a private beach , more like a garden, its beautiful and quiet .8/10 stars for a 4 star hotel.

No complaints

The hotel management and staff are very friendly. Çan looked after us very well. We stayed all inclusive and the drinks were pretty good. There's lots of choice with the food and something for everybody. Generally it was good. The pool is good and the hotel gardens look great. We thought it was good value for money. I would go back.

- No Wifi in the rooms - The hotel is tired and need a renovation

- The staff are awesome so nice and super friendly - The hotel has one of most beautiful garden you can find - The food was great with a lot of varieties - The location is wonderful, close to the beach, shopping area and restaurants
