Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Here are the positives - Location, friendliness of staff, shower, room, and breakfast, oh and casting was a nice touch Here are the minor negatives - The traffic outside our room, lots of honking but I guess that is TO. The bed also slides a lot, had to constantly move it back into place. Again, very minor complaints would stay here again 100% I would also like to thank the hotel and staff for the nice anniversary gift they had there upon our arrival, was really unexpected

Hong Kong- one of the receptionist/lobby lady was kind of rude, I heard her making racist comments about my name but the rest of the staff were sort of helpful, could be better though considering this is 9/10 hotel on booking.com - the lobby leading to the rooms were sort of dark and could have more lighting (it felt like going through some trippy matrix scene) and doesn’t compliment well with the design of the hotel
- the housekeeping team was excellent. no matter what time of the day and night I leave my room and press the housekeeping button, I come back to see my bed done and the entire bathroom and bedroom cleaned immaculately! they operate 24 hours around the clock and this is pretty rare for most hotels - at the breakfast/dining lounge I got free coffee and didn’t have to pay because I didn’t eat anything at the buffet. super kind waiters and kitchen staff! - the rooms are spacious and had a round sofa with an ottoman, plenty of space to lay flat two large suitcases and more. desk is long and has usb chargers and outlets on the side, perfect to do your makeup - windows can be open as air can be quite stuffy in the room - amazing bathroom design with abundant complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash of a good brand - body lotion and hairdryer included - spacious wardrobe to hang your coats - compartment to place your carry on while it’s open and fits perfectly

United KingdomI can hardly think of anything. We didn't realise we could hook up our phone via chrome to the TV so that could have been made clearer in the room.
This is such an incredible hotel. The rooms have a truly contemporary design but are still cozy. I had a view facing the CN tower and it was lovely at night. They even had jazz music playing while we entered the room. We ended up just adding on an additional night because we liked it so much.
