Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe room is a bit older, there are not that many power outlets and the air conditioning can only be controlled by the airflow setting, no the temperature (it was a bit cold for me, but I guess good for most people).
The hotel is very close to the station and easy to reach. The staff is very nice. The room was clean and good for the price.

Reasonably priced, not far from shinkansen station. Although the room is rather old and furniture needs refurbished, it has almost everything you need. There is a tram line right in front of the hotel. The bed (twin room) is huge, more than we expected.

Very easy to walk from the Kagoshima-chuo station. Sweet staff, amenities and free udon are creative options to appease the guests.
